Amazing family compound! Three homes to spread out, connected by an amazing outdoor space for creating memories. Newly renovated! This gorgeous multi-building property is located on New Seabury's Ocean Golf Course. Main home and two 2-bedroom guest homes connected by private court yard with beautiful pool and outdoor bar. Located in New Seabury - the very best of Cape Cod. Plenty of room for family and friends. Short distance to beaches and within walking distance to everything.

LAYOUT

Main House

Main house (master bedroom with his and her baths), rec room, living room with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the New Seabury award-winning ocean golf course.

Pool House

The first guest house has two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with triple queen bunk beds), two baths and a small TV room with kitchenette.

Guest House

The second guest house a living room, kitchenette and one bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and an additional kids' room with bunk bed.

All homes are connected by breezeways or deck and are connected to a gorgeous court yard with stunning Gunite in-ground pool and outside wet bar.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV's.

Extra-large Weber grill, beach chairs and umbrellas provided.

Property is within walking distance to all New Seabury has to offer - restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more.

Located on the fairway of the 10th hole of New Seabury's Ocean Course.

Not many properties like this available on Cape Cod, never mind New Seabury!

Heat for pool is optional and additional charges apply contact owner for details. You must provide payment/notice at least 7 days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT WARNING: Main house and pool guest house are connected by the courtyard which houses the pool. This may not be suitable for young children. Pools can be dangerous, especially for young children who cannot swim.

IMPORTANT: Home is located on a quiet residential street and is not appropriate for large gatherings, loud groups and/or rowdy behavior.

Great house for families!

Amazing home for a multi-generational family reunion. Lots of space for everyone and so many nice beach themed special touches throughout the house. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Owner Non responsive

when we arrived had a swarm of flies in our bathroom and adjoining rooms; we spent an hour killing them all; they came back 2 days later; pool was dirty and showerhead was spraying everywhere; voice mailed both owners and my son in law emailed them with pictures but got no response during our stay; in my email I asked owners to call me on my cell, gave the number but no call; when I returned, I found an email from me which I had no access to, that's why I asked them to call me. Property was really nice but too many things didn't work

Fantastic Family Get-away

Beautiful quiet neighborhood and wonderful facility with house, guest house and pool house. Great outdoor pool area/patio. Clean and well furnished - pretty luxurious living. Celebrated out 60th anniversary with family. Each family could sleep in their own building. Owners were very responsive to questions.

Good location for large gathering

Overall, the experience was good but there were some things to keep in mind, particularly given the cost during peak season. First is the set-up of the property. The main house has only 1 bedroom. The other bedrooms are in the pool house across the courtyard (which contains the pool) and in the garage house that is through a metal gate and across the driveway. This ended up working out ok for us given our group (children were older) but might be challenging if there are younger children. The pool is a good size and there are various seating options (6 chaise lounges, outdoor tables with seating). We paid for heating the pool and I'm so glad we did - even with the heat it was chilly, to the point where if it had been cooler outside, we would not have comfortably been able to use the pool. The original listing included that this property had a hot tub. They do not. When I texted the property manager to ask about that, they removed the hot tub detail from the listing. The property does not include any pool / beach towels. Fortunately, some of our party already had enough to cover everyone and were traveling from a short enough distance that they could bring those, but this would be an issue for folks traveling from farther distances. The kitchen is large and had most of what we needed. The property's location is walking distance from a center with a small market/deli, cafe, restaurant, and ice cream parlor.

I rented this for my son's wedding at the New Seabury Country Club which is a two minute drive away. The property consists of three houses in a beautiful compound. Easily accessible to each other in a few steps. First, the place is very clean and very pretty. The photos online do not do it justice. Also, it is bigger than the photos show. The flowers are amazing in the yard. It is landscaped to perfection. Very upscale. The main house has one very large bedroom with a king bed, a walk in closet, and his and her baths with showers. In the main house there is also another full bath and a half bath with large washer and dryer. Perfect for my son and his six groomsmen to get ready the wedding morning. The main house also contains a large pool table room, a large living room, a breakfast area perfect to set up the groomsmen's buffet, a kitchen equipped with everything you will ever need. All large with views of the golf course and landscaped gardens. Wow. The pool house had two nice sized bedrooms and a small living area at its entrance. One bedroom had triple queen bunk beds. the other bedroom had a queen bed. There was one bath with shower, and a half bath in the pool house. The guest house had a small living area with two bedrooms. One bedroom had bunk beds. Queen bunk below, twin on top. The other bedroom had a full or queen bed. (I can't recall) There is one bath in the guest house. If you are the parents of the bride or groom, this is the house to rent. It is perfect.

Summer family vacation

Perfect getaway for our adult family of seven. The layout with the pool and three houses allowed us to spread out but still have close family time. We were so close to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone we know wanting to vacation on the cape.

Great for extended families

The property was wonderful. The responsiveness of the owner was above and beyond outstanding!! He immediately and thoroughly addressed any questions/concerns we had. The property only has 5 bedrooms, not 6 as listed. The pool house only has 1 and 1/2 baths, not 2 as shown. Overall, nice place for groups who want to vacation together yet have some separate space.

Gorgeous property

This 3 house compound is perfect for multiple families! The main house is bright and open with large rooms and great MBR! The pool house and guest houses are both lovely. Pool and patio is fantastic! Very short drive to Country Club where we attended a wedding. Highly recommend this property!

Our family had a great stay.

Having the three buildings allowed our family to have private space and then get together and hang out around the pool, play pool, games at the kitchen table and watch TV. There were plenty of bathrooms, Everyone enjoyed the space. The one problem we had was that we requested the pool be heated and paid $ 60 a day for the heating but apparently it was heated relative to the air but it never got warm enough for the smaller children. Thanks

This is a perfect spot for family to celebrate!

We had three family stay together to celebrate our son’s wedding at The Popponesset Inn. The compound was just perfect for gathering and pictures. There was nothing the host forgot. We could walk to everything. Wonderful set up for multi generations . Hope to return soon!!

Ideal family vacation

We stayed at this property with the whole family (3 generations) for a relatively COVID-proof vacation and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Everything from the check in process to the actual stay was effortless. The communication with the owners was immediate and clear. The house is immaculate and my only criticism is that the pictures truly don't do it justice. The "Main House" has plenty of open space for people to spread out during the day and each of the two supplementary houses have enough beds, bathrooms and space to allow individual families to have a quiet place to rest during the day and sleep at night. The outdoor space is incredible and we spent the majority of the week sitting on the courtyard patio watching the kids jump in and out of the pool. The house comes with a few beach chairs and pool floats to use, as well as any and all kitchen gadgets/serving trays you could possibly need. This is the absolute ideal house for a big family looking to spend time together, while not spending the week on top of one another. We would absolutely rent this property again.

A wonderful property with a unique layout

This was an excellent find! This property has a charming, spacious and unique layout. We had 12 people (3 families) and it fit our needs perfectly; grandparents got the main house (which had tons of space) then two families with kids got the separate houses with enough bed/bath accommodations for everyone. A nice large pool with a nice lawn area adjacent to a beautiful country club golf course. All the amenities (kitchen/dining nook/pool table) were well maintained. The location is close to beaches but also nicely located within Cape Cod for little days to all parts of the area. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming in all aspects. Overall great property with a unique charm.

Wonderful Stay, top notch

Overall a wonderful unique property. Allows family to spread out and come together in an amazing courtyard with a pool. The home(s) were very clean and updated. The main home is huge and plenty of space to enjoy. The location and neighborhood was top notch. We walked to Popponesset marketplace very often, a very cute place for food, coffee and shopping. The lobster rolls there are perhaps the best I’ve had. The location of the home worked out great. Many beaches nearby, though none walking distance. If you would like to use the hot tub or have the pool heated, please inform the owner ahead of time, so they can accommodate. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with. I would also highly recommend Cape Cod Chef on call, they will come to the property at a reasonable price and provide a dining experience and take the garbage with them. Nice not to do dishes on vacation. Overall I would highly recommend the home.
