Nice and secluded cabin for two. Road in and out was a little rough but worth it. Being at the end of the road meant a little longer drive, but having no cars going by was definitely worth it!!

Highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful view, and comfortable place. The road up can be a little rough but totally worth it. Would stay again for sure.

Mom/Daughter Weekend

Chalet was very charming with beautiful view. Very quiet as chalet was at the very end of the road. Hot tub was amazing and loved the treehouse feel of the hot tub space. I would definitely stay here again. Would recommend an SUV for parts of drive up gravel road.

Wonderful cabin!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. This was the perfect couples getaway! The most beautiful cabin we’ve ever stayed in and a breathtaking view! We were able to watch sunrises and sunsets on the deck! We will definitely be back!

Quick Weekend Trip

My husband and I booked this for a quick weekend trip. The property is amazing, and you literally cannot beat the view. However, the property is at the very top of a road and the road is not well maintained so bring a vechile that can handle rough terrain, we also arrived at night, I’d def recommend arriving during the day time so you can see the road leading up to the property. Great little get away for a couple.

Thank you for having enough dishes so that we didnt have to wash dishes until we checked out! Seclusion is the secret here. The cabin was extremely clean when we arrived. That refrigerator is absolutely adorable! We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the valley and watching the sun rise and set. There were a couple of drawbacks. First, the contractors left debris which should have been hauled away, not thrown into the woods. Second, there needs to be a curtain over the door between the hot tub and the bathroom. Coming out of the shower with no door covering was a little disconcerting. Third, please move the knobs for hanging clothes nearer to the bad and away from the bathroom sink.

Great Stay

Beautiful views, secluded cabin, very clean, great amenities. The last night there was a rotten egg smell coming from the vents which was a little scary. We opened the windows and shut off the AC system to help combat this. Other than that great stay!

Beautiful mtn getaway off the beaten path

This is a gorgeous tiny house tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains, it is truly off the beaten path (so much so that my small city hatchback almost didn't make it to the cabin, but that was due to my own error in reading the instructions.) The views alone made the stay totally worth it, but everything about the house is awesome: a well stocked kitchen and the bed was super comfortable. I will certainly tell friends about this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Great little down time stay in mountains

Absolutely loved this experience! People have commented about the road up to the cottage, how rough it is. I thought, this just adds to the adventure. But the spectacular view was worth every bump!

Mountain views for days

Lovely property. Everything was perfect. Came in late night and woke up to the most beautiful sunrise over the mountains. It was breathtaking. The house was decorated beautifully and sits as the last property on top of the hill. Creating an oasis of all your own.

Very nice

Nice, clean, great views from deck. Top of the mountain. Would stay again. There was a discrepancy with map in the VRBO app regarding the location (Roads with similar names). Make sure to manually enter the address into a separate app to be sure where it is before.

Quiet, private relaxation

My husband and I booked this getaway for NYE, and boy was this the perfect location for some R&R. We booked in Blue Ridge because we both love the downtown area for some socializing. But as soon as we arrived at the cabin and saw the beautiful view and private amenities, we decided to load up on groceries and lock ourselves away the whole weekend. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was the perfect size for us, bed and linens were comfortable. Only thing I'd change would be the couch size, but realistically I don't think there is room for a larger couch so we made it work. But the view was the best part of everything. We loved sipping our coffee looking out over the foothills from the wrap-around porch. We will absolutely be booking here again!

Quick getaway weekend

Last minute went to the mountains for a distraction before having surgery this week. This cottage was the perfect place to come chill, relax, and spend time together. Close enough to shopping that no major planning required, but deep enough into the mountains that once you are at the house you feel away from it all. And the view is perfect. Watched thunderstorms roll through from the covered porch, watched beautiful sunset from the east facing porch with morning tea. Enjoyed also the screened porch hot tub porch- all our porch needs were covered. Inside is also comfy, well organized. Very clean. We would return.

Solitude

We love the location and the cabin itself!. There are no close neighbors, which is appealing for us.. We enjoyed being able to take a beautiful hike around the cabin area and down the road itself. There is no traffic. This isn’t a typical dusty cabin- this one is new, everything is fresh, bright and clean . The view is gorgeous! It is small, but we didn’t mind.. The air conditioning works great! It would have been great to have a spot to hang up a few clothes, but that is being picky. We had the most delicious dinner at the black sheep. I can’t recommend any restaurant more. Thanks for letting us rent your lovely cabin!

Awesome!

Pictures do NOT do it justice! View is much better in person. Perfect getaway for two! Even able to star gaze at night through the amazing picture window. Cabin small but spacious. Never felt crowded. Very clean and new. Met all criteria to be secluded and away from others. Never saw another person or cabin once we arrived. Don’t rely on weather forecasts. We almost didn’t come because it was suppose to rain the whole time. We were outside most of the daytime with only a few drizzles. Thank God! Beware. Prices are going up fast. Some local restaurant prices are 30% higher than their websites. Beautiful waterfalls galore. Make sure you download detailed directions before you leave the cabin and there is little to no service in the mountains. Wonderful place. Thank you so much for sharing! Hope to return one day!
