Park Shore Resort Has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room . Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Was surprised and disappointed to learn upon arrival at the property that the lanai was unavailable.

We are very familiar with the property since we owned a Condo at Park Shore fo a number of years. Was not told when we rented that the Lanai was unavailable. This is an important feature of these Condos, particularly since my wife cannot sit in the sun and the Lanai provides an excellent way to be almost outdoors without the sun shining on you.

Unfortunately there was some delayed construction taking place after the hurricane. What has not been added to this guests review. Was we took great care of the guests and gave them a very healthy refund for losing the access to the Lanai. Construction on the Lanai is due to finish In April this year. We have also starting remodeling with new furniture being added and more renovations to take place this year. Stay tuned for updated Photos and a brand new Lanai. Disregard this review as it's not completely accurate of the cond. It has been unfortunate with the Lanai restoration project taking place but it will be a major upgrade.

We arrived to stained floors, stained bedspread and a Toit not attached to the floor properly and dirt on bedroom wall! We got a 40% refund and did not spend more than 10 minutes in this dump. VRBO did not help us at all with this matter. Im done with VRBO

Brad arrived, and just left before we could have a look and fix anything this is not a fair indication of the condo, and what he said is far from the truth!!

Misleading

The Park Shore resort is under going major renovations and the condo we had reserved was in the midst of having all the front lanai deconstructed and reconstruct. In the middle of a danger zone as it was written on all the windows with were blocked for that purposed. That condo should not be advertised to rent for vacationers. In my opinion no one should live in a construction area with dust and noise with no possibility of looking outside an appartment that feels like a prison. I would say especially with little kids under 4... Even though there was a very little mention at the end of the ad stating there was a construction that was almost finish. Miraculously the owner had another condo to offer us that was perfect. This very bad experience is making me wonder the quality vrbo stands for...

Elise was a terrible guest, If I could, I would give her 0 stars. It was told to her that the Lanai wasn't going to be able to be used, due to construction. We moved her to another condo so she could have the use of the Lanai. She removed the twin mattresses without asking and when my cleaners when in to prepare the condo we only noticed. We allowed her to use them and asked her to return them to the other condo on check out. She DID NOT. 1-star rating, wow, we did everything to make her stay comfortable. I would never rent to her again. We did have one of the worse hurricanes in SWFL history and unfortunately work that was due to start was delayed due to people in need and this project's start date got pushed back. We have just updated this condo with new furniture and will be completing even more renovations in this condo later in the year. This condos Lanai's restoration is due to be completed in April 2023. Please disregard this review as it's not accurate and misleading. Stayed tuned for updated photos of the condo when remodeling has taken place.

Extremely Accommodating

I had an extraordinarily long stay (+6 months) for work and the owner was extremely accommodating. They even added a personal ISP service since I requested a high-seed internet connection for work and gaming. Highly recommended location, short drive to many of Naples offerings.
