Welcome to paradise! This waterfront home is in the heart of the Florida Keys. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home comfortably sleeps 10 adults. It features a 75 ft dock w/ a community boat ramp, full modern kitchen, spacious living and dinning area upstairs and downstairs. Charmingly furnished, the home also includes a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, flat screen TV's. Home has plenty of space to park boat trailer and toys.

Beautiful home

The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Our host was very attentive, thank you Ivan. We would definitely stay at this property again. Oh, and watching the manatees, crocodile and fish in the canal was a special treat.

Amazing location

We celebrated Christmas together with our all of our children. We rented both upstairs and downstairs properties and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location on the canal was ideal. We were able to rent a boat for portion of trip and it was so convenient to park the boat right outside. We also enjoyed watching the manatees play in the water and fishing from the backyard! We were so sad to leave! We would definitely stay again!

A Gem in Islamorada

The Neighborhood - a beautiful, quiet street, dotted with ocean-side and canal-side properties makes it great for walking or for kids to ride their bikes. The House and Property - beautiful and tastefully decorated truly makes you feel at home and lacks nothing. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and were very welcoming. When we checked in they had left new scented candles and lovely macarons. We truly loved our stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Winter vacation

Our stay was nice and relaxing! Lots of fishing and great memories! Had an amazing time! House worked perfect for us. Everyone in the neighborhood were very friendly. Communication with the property manager when we needed something was fast and easy. We were able to dock our boat right in the canal. Went fishing almost everyday (when weather conditions allowed us) Got to see the manatees, crocodile and birds.Beautiful house and area, Definitely will be going back!

Oceanside location

This is our first year of renting on the ocean side and we probably will not do it again. The house is very accommodating. Very nice but we missed having a kitchen table to sit for family dinner.

Excellent Keys House

We had a great family visit over the holidays. The house is clean and updated. Great backyard and boat access. The owner is very accommodating and great to work with!

Great Spot for the Boat

Great house and easy access to a private boat launch right in the neighborhood. The house is actually two houses, upstairs and downstairs that are not connected inside. It worked great for our group since we were two families. The boat launch is super close and really convenient especially right now with most of the local boat launches under construction. It's right down the road and easy to access.

Family Fun

Everyone enjoyed their trip and liked the location! We made the owner aware of some of the deficiencies but overall enjoyed the space very much. Furniture was not adequate, some things needed repair and additional appointment needed. Hoping to possibly rent it again after some of the needs are met.

Great location but some issues during stay

The house is in a great location right on a canal. The bottom apartment is a one bedroom with a pull out couch and a small kitchen. My husband and I stayed there and the other 4 stayed in the upstairs portion of the house which can can only be accessed by going outside and up the stairs. The house looks like it was recently renovated. As far as the downstairs apartment goes, we had some significant plumbing issues and got to know the plumber really well. The owner was apologetic, But we did not have the use of our shower or tub the entire stay.We had to take showers upstairs which meant walking outside to get to a shower. The tub leaked significantly under the flooring, So there was water coming up through the floorboards for several days. The owner had a company bring in fans and dehumidifiers to try to get rid of the water, which was a nice gesture, but it was like trying to live on an aircraft carrier it was so loud from all the commercial fans. We brought our fishing boat with us, and we’re extremely disappointed to find out that we could not access the neighborhood boat ramp because the HOA doesn’t allow renters access to it and we did not have a key to the gate. The listing was misleading as far as this aspect goes because it said That there was a ramp to launch the boat. Therefore, we had to drive up to a park about 12 miles away and pay to launch our boat and pay to get it back out again. As far as the accommodations go, there were exactly the number of the Howell’s for the number of people staying, and not one extra. No hand towels or washcloths were provided. Due to the water issues we had downstairs, we really needed some extra towels but had to make do with what we had and keep washing the ones that we had over and over again. There should always be extra linens and towels provided for guests in my opinion. Also, the living spaces had lots of cute knickknacks and decorations, but not a lot of comfort items for gas, like enough seating for people. Upstairs there was a couch that could seat three people but otherwise you had to sit on barstools which is not really comfortable. The owner should add some additional seating for guests. We ended up bringing in the outside furniture so that we could all sit together in the main living room upstairs.
