One of the Sea Colony Beach Community's largest floor plans, this spacious single-story seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen with a new fridge and dishwasher, full hallway bathroom, half bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary suite. Sea Colony's Brandywine House is just steps to the resort half mile of private beach, oceanfront outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts and barbecue area (with charcoal grills). With a community shuttle stop in front of the building, the amenities of the resort Tennis Community, including its world class tennis center, newly-expanded fitness center and additional outdoor pools, are just a short tram ride away. Apartment was good overall. Perfectly adequate for our needs and less expensive than a more elegant one with updated features. Mattresses felt like 1970s originals. Place was clean. Location and balcony views are excellent.

Loved the location, the view, and unit had most everything we needed. Yes, furnishings are older but comfortable. I've been to units with new furnishing that looked nice but so uncomfortable. A few small things would make it better such as darkening curtains in the bedrooms but there were extra blankets so we just covered the window with one. Loved how easy it was to walk to town.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The badge checker was very friendly. Our big issue was with the Sea Colony and not having 2 available parking spots. It really put a damper on our visit with all the driving around to find a spot. After we left the lot the first time, we were too afraid to go back out. We had a far walk to our vehicle. Every year I complain about the amenity passes being so costly because we only use the beach. When you pay so much for the rent of the condo, it doesn't seam fair, especially when we do not use anything other than the beach.

Great location and view. Plenty of furniture, but most definitely needs some updating. One bathroom is updated and quite nice, but the kitchen and other bathrooms were definitely not recently updated. Primary closet doors were broken and non functional as was one drawer in a dresser in the smallest room. A working vacuum and/or dustpan to go with the broom would have been helpful for keeping the floors clean from sand.

Amazing Views and Location-Needs updating

Brandywine is a great location and beach is less crowded. Views from 5th floor are amazing and love the end unit with wrap around balcony. Plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to enjoy. Condo needs major renovations to make for a more comfortable stay.

The condo was Perfect! Could use some upgrades but the view and location is great! The corner unit was great for our granddaughter to walk around and enjoy the view. The pool was right outside our condo and the beach was only steps away! Loved it!!

Perfect ocean front and pool view

This property was very comfortable with a perfect view of the ocean and the pool. Loved the wrap around porch. Plenty of room. Convenient walk into town by either the beach or the road. Would stay here again....
