Just steps from Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level resort escape features a living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, accessibility without stairs, three TVs (including a 51-inch flatscreen in the living room and a 31-inch flatscreen in the primary bedroom), three DVD players, and free WiFi.

The main bedroom is located on the west side of the condo with a private balcony and bath.

It was a delightful week. The only issues were a toilet not cleaned and the master shower was not easy to get good temperature

Minimal hot water,, inadequate air-conditioning

Unit was super clean and tidy. View is extraordinary. Access to elevator is very convenient . Very comfortable beds!!! Hot water for showers was unavailable after 2 people showered. Air conditioning didnā€™t work . 1 TV didnā€™t work . Scarce electric outlets and some didnā€™t work. Cleaning supplies werenā€™t provided. Paper products were minimal. Itā€™s always a great vacation at Sea Colony,, but this unit was lacking in what we were use to.

Great location for our first vacay to Bethany Beach!

Open the door of this condo, look down the hallway and see the ocean! The view was the perfect "grab your morning coffee and sit on the balcony" location. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and having a walk-in shower for some of our older folks was one of the reasons I chose this unit. I would suggest that upon arrival you go through the binder they left for you; really helped with outlet locations and ceiling fans. My only suggestion is to please consider a Keurig instead of/ in addition to the regular coffee maker for those real coffee/decaf people. Thanks!

Off-season stay

We enjoyed the condo! It was very comfortable, and the views were amazing. The updates in the condo were very nice. We loved having the elevator right near the door and never had to wait for it. Check in and check out ran smoothly, and the issues we had (broken door handle and not being able to access room due to battery dying in the front door) were handled appropriately. We would definitely stay here again, and choose this unit!

Beautiful condo, great location

This unit was perfect! Great views of the ocean, Route 1/Coastal Hwy, and OCMD way off in the distance. Clean condo, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen. The elevator is right around the corner (but without any "elevator noise"), allowing quick, easy access to the beach. The reserved parking space is viewable from the unit, close enough that you can even remote lock your vehicle. LOL We will definitely look to rent this one again.

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Colony. The location is perfect, the convenience and access to the beach and pools was so great. The home itself was just right for our family. The layout worked well, it was a clean property and easy to access off the elevator. We enjoyed the morning sunrise and all day beach and ocean views. Highly recommend this place!

Unit had been renovated and great view. Cleaners forgot the coffee pot so had old moldy grounds and coffee in the pot.. they did bring us new coffee pot. Internet bit spotty and needed to use our own HDMI cable for TV. Kitchen sink needed to fixed upon arrival and oven light still broken. Kitchen well stocked. Unit has access to storage unit with access to umbrellas and chairs (which would have been helpful to know as well as 2 blow dryers in unit) Beds comfortable. Resort quest staff overwhelmed week we were there and hard to reach anyone.

Close to the beach

It was a little outdated house. It could use a face lift. We enjoyed being close to the beach and it was close to the middle of town. There was plenty of parking for the house. The little TV room should be another bedroom. Maybe put a daybed in there so it can be used as another bedroom. We had great weather and had a fun week.
