ICE COLD AIR! We just installed a new high efficiency HVAC system with a whole-house carbon based air cleaner which will greatly reduce dust will keep the air smelling fresh. Don't risk renting a condo with an old HVAC system on its last legs!

Sunset Island continues to make improvements with the interactive fountain has been completely renovated and will be fully open in 2026. We continue to make upgrades and improvements to our condo. We just install new patio furniture on our front balcony - our condo looks fantastic! Also, we recently replaced the the living room seating furniture, installed ultra high end bedding in second adult bedroom, installed a new larger refrigerator, added some new cool beach decor items like new curtains and large format oil paintings and a light up mini palm tree and a new wall mounted smart 60" Ultra 4K HDTV in living room and 4K HDTVs in the adult bedrooms with cool activated apps like YouTubeTV + Pluto TV + Netflix and more! We also added a bluetooth stereo/CD to allow you to stream your favorite music from your phone. And a wall mounted computer monitor (with VGA/HDMI/D-Port inputs) at the desk in the master bedroom, and added fast USB chargers in every room to help you charge your devices. And our condo now has gigabit speed Internet with a brand new super fast wi-fi router!

This is a FIVE STAR highly upgraded luxury condo on Sunset Island. One of the biggest complaints that vacationers have with other units is that they are not CLEAN! You can rest assure that our unit is SPOTLESS! We enforce the highest code of quality with keeping our unit extremely clean! Entire condo was recently painted with beautiful designer beach inspired colors. Also, All carpeting & tile grout cleaned; and living room furniture upholstery professionally cleaned & bedding laundried on 1/9/2026. Also, our unit is baby/kid friendly; we've baby proofed most of the unit and it includes a baby crib; baby tub; booster seat; pack-n-play; and potty - and if you don't need these items, they store easy in the kids room closet out of site and out of the way.

Furthermore, Sunset Island is within walking distance to Ocean City’s beaches, restaurants, and amusements. For your safety, Sunset Island also offers a gated entry with traffic monitored 24/7 by a security guard.

Sunset Island often has activities for the kids like a moon bounce and an outdoor movie theater. The beach is a few blocks away for jogging, collecting shells, flying kites or just hanging out and sun bathing. Also, there is a general store right on the Island for staple items like milk and eggs or for a bottle of wine. Live entertainment on the pool deck every Saturday during the summer!

Trade-offs of renting a town-home vs. condo: Condo has elevator where a town-home you will have to walk up 3 flights of steps to get to master bedroom! If you have a baby or a toddler don't risk steps! Town-homes attracts large younger groups and generally get beat-up; where we only rent our condo to families and our guests are approx. 75% repeats!

[1] What bedding is on site: Every bed has a blanket and comforter and pillow. You must supply your own sheets or you can rent a linen + bath towel package for approx. $60.

[2] Do you have a coffee maker?
YES! we have both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker.

[3] Is Wi-Fi available?
YES during the summer high season we have our private cable modem and dual band wi-fi router activated providing gig-bit speed internet.

Also, free Wi-Fi is available in common areas such as the clubhouse, pool deck and library. Wi-Fi access is available inside condo offered by the town of Ocean City via the 'Sunset Island Community Internet' unsecured wireless network; guests can purchase access

Also, there is a newly installed xfinity Wi-Fi hot spot at our condo building with Excellent Signal Strength that you can connect to. If you are a Comcast customer please bring your username and password; for guests that don’t have a Comcast account we will provide a courteous login.

[4] Are facility passes included?
You will be charged for facility passes with your on-line booking. Facility passes include passes for up to 6 family members to access clubhouse & pools (additional passes can be purchased by guest at about $50/ea ); and 1 garage parking permit & 1 clam shell parking permit (parking for two vehicles). If guest wants to bring more than two vehicles they will have to park the extra vehicle(s) on 67th street at the entrance to the Island for FREE or purchase an additional parking pass for about $70.

[5] Are linens and towels included?
Guests must bring their own linens and towels or arrange to rent them from our cleaning service or from Ocean City Bath and Linen.

[6] Does the condo include hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper?
Guests should be prepared to bring these items. Or purchase them upon arrival. There is a supermarket located at 94th street bay side.

[7] Does the condo have trash bags and dishwasher soap
Yes. The owner tries to provide an ample supply of trash bags and dishwasher soap.

[8] Does the condo include beach chairs?
No. But Sunset Island does offer deck chairs that guests can used on the pool deck.

[9] How far are the pools and club house from the condo.
Just out the door and around the corner - a quick 3 minute walk to the South-East corner of the Island!

[10] How far is the Ocean City beach from the condo and is it free?
The actual ocean beach is a short walk of about a 1/4 mile and yes it's FREE and does not requires passes or beach tags.

If visiting the ocean; I suggest after crossing coastal hwy at 67th you walk south one block and enter beach off 66th street for it's way less crowded at this location. Also if you don't have a beach wheelie; you can get one cheap at Super Fresh bay side around 90th street; it will sure make toting your gear to the beach much easier!
