Lovely Pet Friendly Townhouse located near the water. Enjoy the community pier or sit and relish in the beautiful views of the channel. This 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath property provides everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

THIS HOUSE DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Awesome Stay

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation rental in the Sun Singer. The unit was bright and cheerful and very clean. We saw some beautiful sunsets over the bay from our back deck. The location was perfect for us because we were right down the road from Tom Cove's Campground where our son and daughter-in-law were camping and they were able to come over a few evenings to play cards. We definitely would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Great condo

Very clean, up to date and comfortable condo. My daughter and I enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. We brought our dog and we were happy that there was no doggy smell when we arrived. We made sure that our dog was shampooed prior to arrival as well. The views from the back door were wonderfull. We love walking in the neighborhood. We have often rented in Chicoteague but this was the best.

Mid-October Beach Sojourn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Haven't stayed at the beach in October for years; it's an entirely different experience. House was a little far out of town but that was okay. View out back lovely. Geese and birds were starting to gather on the islands in preparation for flying further south or just staying put. Small downsides: vacuum didn't work; tea kettle and toaster trashed; no working can opener. But all in all a very soothing stay -- away from work, computers and phones!

Reviewer Comments: We come to the shore every year but this is the first time we used this company. Everyone was kind and helpful. We arrived sooner than originally planned and even though it was very last minute they let us have the property a day earlier. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay an extra day. When I called them, again very last minute, they were so friendly and let us add an extra night with no problem at all. Both check-in and check-out were easy and went smoothly. We were pleased with both the property and the service. I would rent with them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs rental services.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good thing about this home is the location and the fact it comes with beach equipment. The down side is there were ants everywhere. They were in the counter, in the downstairs bathroom, living room, and even in the fridge. We wanted to cook food in the kitchen, but we're forced to eat out every day because of the disgusting amount of ants. Will not be back.

My favorite part, me being a bird watcher, was sitting at the balcony windows the first morning,(during rain storm), watching the ducks, herons, and egrets feeding and drifting by. 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee later rain stopped and we were off to explore. Perfect morning. Only complaint was the living room TV. Very difficult to navigate. Frustrating. Glad I brought a good book. Would visit again. Never had contact from rental staff, although I did call with a question.

Perfect Spot to Recharge

The property was accurately presented. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access to wonderful seafood places. We had problems operating the tv and a very pleasant young lady in the office came to the property to assist.

Our biggest complaint is that the stove could stand to be upgraded. It took an outrageously long time to cook on it. The beds could also use an upgrade. We will definitely consider this rental again and will just be sure to bring a portable griddle to cook on.

This location on the inlet was perfect with the dock offering a great spot to sit on in the morning and evening. We will be coming back!
