Beautiful holiday cottage in the orange valley of the picturesque Majorcan town of Soller. The location is well suited for cyclists and ramblers, a hikers way borders the property. The area is ideal for nature lovers or those who just want to chill out and relax.

The main square in Soller is only a 10 minute walk away and there you will find a good selection of tapas bars and restaurants.

On approaching the holiday cottage, you will immediately notice your beautiful terrace complete with a private saltwater swimming pool with waterfall, surrounded by land planted with fruit trees; orange and lemon trees are in abundance.

The holiday cottage offers a spacious open plan living-kitchen area complete with high-spec equipment, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, Netflix, Bluray and Sat TV complete with English, German and Spanish channels. There is air conditioning and heating and fresh drinking water throughout is available on tap.

The road leading to the house is very tight but if you hire a small car you can park directly in front of your holiday home.

You won't find a better casita in Soller, or anywhere!

You honestly won't find a more comfortable, better equipped, more charming place to stay. Juan and Andrea have thought of everything. The photos don't really do it justice. Location is great, a lovely walk into a charming town.

Perfect

Andrea and Juan have designed and decorated the casita to the highest standards. The outside spaces are perfect-a lovely pool with Juan " extras". They are charming hosts and on hand if required. We have stayed in area a couple of times before but Cas Llauner will be our definite return location. Just Perfect.

Perfect casita close to Soller centrum

This casita deserves certainly 5 stars. The quality of the house and pool area is outstanding, probably the best we've ever experienced.The owner Juan is very friendly and helpful. If you want to park your car at the casita, you need to rent a small car as the road to the casita is very narrow. We parked our car outside of Soller approx. 10 min by foot from the casita. Soller centrum is a 10-15 min walk the closest food shop 10 min, so everything can be done by foot. The house is situated amongst citrus trees in a valley. In the same valley runs the road from La Palma to Soller, so when outside you do hear some noise from the traffic. We had a really nice time in this beautiful casita.

Die Vermieter sind äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Probleme entstehen erst gar nicht.Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns: ein Berg frischer Orangen, eine Flasche Wein, Brot, ein überlebensnotwendiger Essensvorrat im Kühlschrank, uam. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles Erdenkbare ist vorhanden. Aber eines bitte bedenken!!!!! Vorredner weisen daraufhin: sollte die Anreise per Mietwagen erfolgen, sollte wirklich ein möglichst schmales Fahrzeug gewählt werden. Wir hatten einen Opel Corsa, der hatte tatsächlich nur 6-8 cm Platz, um zumindest eine kritische Engstelle zu passieren. Autofahren sollte man also schon können. Alternative für´s Abstellen: ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur "casita" (wenn Platz), ansonsten auf die Hauptstrasse (ca.8-10 Minuten Fußweg).

Spectacular stay!

Our stay at Cas Llauner was spectacular. We didn’t want to leave, and will most definitely return. The property is simply gorgeous from the many outdoor spaces and the pool to the well appointed kitchen and most comfortable bd and spa bathroom. We spent most of our time in and around the pool and the several options of relaxation space. The grounds are breathtaking with an orange grove, lemon trees and so much more. Juan and Andrea are so lovely and always available to give recommendations and answer any questions about Mallorca, Soller or the property. We so enjoyed our talks with Juan and visits with their beloved donkeys! We would give more stars if we could. This is a most special place to reset and appreciate the beauty around us! Thank you Andrea and Juan for creating this special piece of paradise.

Super schöne Casita mit tollem Pool und herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir waren zu dritt für 8 Nächte in dieser wundervollen Casita und haben jeden Tag einfach nur genossen. Durch die herzliche Art, mit der wir von den Gastgebern begrüßt wurden, haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum und eine schöne Erfrischung. Die Casita ist perfekt ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einem wunderschönen Urlaub steht bei der Buchung dieser FeWo daher nichts im Wege ;-)

Stället var fräscht och rent. Privat innergård med pool. Vägen dit kräver en mindre bil och starka nerver. Annars får man parkera på större gata och gå(4min).

Fabulous

Upon arriving at our villa we were greeted by our host Juan. He showed us around the villa describing how everything worked it was fantastic, such a beautiful place. The swimming pool was luxurious and I couldn't keep my husband away from the outdoor seating area. We were really looked after by Juan who made sure we were stocked up with food to begin with and bought us a present in the middle of the week. There was fresh oranges and lemons and a lovely bottle of wine. It took about 15mins to walk into Soller. Everything in the villa is of high quality from the kitchen, beds, bathroom. living area and especially outside. Thank You once again Juan and Andrea for being the perfect hosts and letting us stay in such a fabulous villa

Das perfekte Heim von tollen Gastgebern

Diese Finca ist mit Abstand die beste, die wir bisher gebucht haben - perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. In den letzten 10 Jahren haben wir einige Erfahrungen gesammelt. In dieserFinca fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause. Alles in bestem Zustand - von den Matrazen, der Auswahl an Kopfkissen, der tollen Küche mit den guten Kochmessern, dem schönen Bad und dem perfekten Pool. alles mit Liebe gestaltet. Die Gastgeber Andrea und Juan sind sehr liebenswürdig. Sie nehmen sich viel Zeit und sind bei allen Fragen zur Stelle. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Einfach perfekt

Die Casita ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Andrea & Juan sind wunderbare und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause gefühlt und unseren Urlaub am wunderbaren Pool und auf der tollen Terrasse genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder zurück! Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne zu vergeben gäbe, diese Gastgeber hätten es verdient! PS: Die Empfehlung ein "kleines Auto" zu mieten sollte man auf jeden Fall beherzigen :-)

Wonderful Cas Llauner

Cas Llauner is an absolutely wonderful place. When we arrived we were greeted by Andrea and Juan who made us feel so welcome and even ensured that the property was ready for occupancy sooner than expected due to our early flight. The casita is set in beautiful surroundings and is only a 5 - 10 minute stroll from the centre of Soller. Cas Llaunder has everything you could wish for, and more. It is very well equipped and the pool and the outside chill out areas are fabulous. We loved our stay and hope to return very soon.

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Dorf erreicht man in ein paar Gehminuten und ein Supermarkt ist auch Fußläufig zu erreichen. Andrea und Juan sind sehr nette Und aufmerksame Gastgeber und immer für einen ansprechbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Our favourite chill out getaway!!!!!

Just finishing our second visit this year to this little gem! It truly is home from home - the quality of the interior and exterior along with the facilities is outstanding. This year we particularly enjoyed the addition of the new "chill out" area which Juan has carefully designed and which provides another area for relaxation. Traumhafter Urlaub!

Der Urlaub war perfekt! Das Häuschen war genau wie beschrieben; sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Andrea & Juan waren sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie haben immer darauf geachtet, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Außerdem ist das Häuschen wunderschön gelegen, mitten in den Bergen von Soller. Das Dorf ist bequem in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und bietet viele wunderbare Restaurants und Bars sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich komme gerne so oft es geht wieder!!

Absolutely Stunning Casita with wonderful hosts!!

This was our 3rd summer in a row at Juan and Andrea's beautiful casita and we had another truly amazing time. They have everything just as it should be, it is spotless when you arrive, wonderful welcome pack waiting for you - fresh bread baked, lovely Mallorcan wine, butter, cheese, milk and loads more, bountiful towels and this year the joy of Netflix!! This is a fantastic private oasis in Soller and the photos do not do it justice - you will be gobsmacked when you get there!! We look forward to our next holiday at this amazing casita with amazing hosts Xx

Wunderschöne Casita

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der schön eingerichteten Casita verbracht. Andrea und Juan waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Von Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Casita ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, hat einen sehr tollen Stil mit viel Charme. Zudem ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben bereits für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Alldeles underbart!

Fyra vänner, med höga krav i bagaget, hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Andreas och Juans underbara hus! Läget är perfekt och det här lilla huset för fyra har verkligen allt - allt! Andrea och Juan är ett värdpar med sinne för detaljer och service vilket gör att man stormtrivs här! Terrassen och poolen känns både lyxig och mysig, helst av allt vill man hänga här hela tiden. Fantastiskt är ordet som bäst beskriver detta boende, hit kommer vi mer än gärna igen!!!!!

Top Urlaub

Wir fanden eine traumhafte Finca mit super netten Vermietern vor! In all den Urlauben, die wir bis jetzt gemacht haben sind wir noch nie auf so tolle Vermieter getroffen! Die Finca war bis ins kleinste Detail super ausgestattet und eingerichtet! Es gibt nichts, was man bemängeln könnte! Hier passt einfach alles! Das Haus, der Pool, die Vermieter! Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert und haben schon für's nächste Jahr gebucht! Alles in allem haben wir dort einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt und danken Andrea und Juan für die uns entgegen gebrachte Herzlichkeit!

Da stimmt einfach alles!

Was gibt es da viel zu sagen?die vorherigen Bewertungen sagen eigentlich schon fast alles.schon bei der Buchung war der Kontakt freundlich,hilfsbereit und unkompliziert .bei der Ankunft wurden wir am Ortseingang abgeholt,damit wir nicht lange suchen mußten. Als wir an der casita ankamen , waren wir einfach nur überwältigt!so einen herzlichen Empfang hatten wir-trotz der guten Bewertungen-dann doch nicht erwartet.eine wunderschöne saubere Unterkunft, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet in traumhafter ruhiger Lage,zwei herzliche Gastgeber,ein paar tolle Leckereien wie selbstgebackenes brot, Käse,Milch und Orangen aus eigenem Anbau....einfach unschlagbar! Andrea und Juan haben uns auf ihrer casita wirklich einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bereitet.sie waren für uns immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen und trotzdem hatte man dort völlig seine Privatsphäre.gefreut haben wir uns auch, als Juan mit uns rauf gegangen ist zu den Eseln oder über die Köstlichkeiten aus der Gegend, die er uns zwischendurch noch vorbeigebracht hat. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub-wir werden bestimmt gerne wieder kommen ! Noch vergessen:) Für alle Urlauber die da noch kommen:wenn Andrea und Juan euch sagen ,daß ihr ein kleines Auto braucht-GLAUBT IHNEN:)
