Ca’n Raia has excellent views of the Serra Tramuntana including Mallorca’s largest mountain, Puig Major. The house is a traditional 3-bedroom Mallorca stone finca accessed by a private footpath leading from a quiet lane. It provides an ideal holiday retreat and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.
It offers: 3 bedrooms all with mountain views, bathroom and separate shower room, 1 indoor living space, large living room with lounge and breakfast/dining areas adjoining kitchen, fully-equipped kitchen with oven/grill, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine, two private outdoor terraces with large barbecue area, big dip plunge pool, secure space for cycles.
Bluetooth speaker for use with smart devices, air-conditioning/heating and WiFi in all rooms.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
