Charming furnished apartment for 6 people in a quiet location with a swimming pool and large garden

The Domaine de Bel Air is ideal for your holidays between the countryside and the sea. A large orchard of 5000 m2 to play and relax and a secure and fenced swimming pool area.
The 120 m2 Boyard cottage is a comfortable furnished apartment, tastefully decorated on the theme of the countryside by the sea.
The large entrance also leads to the laundry area and an individual toilet. You will find everything you need. (vacuum cleaner, brooms, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron)
The 40 m2 living room, very bright, is an open space with a modern kitchen, a dining table for 6 and a cosy TV lounge. Wifi is free and TV channels are accessible via the internet. A DVD player and DVDs are also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also at your disposal.
On the first floor you will discover a magnificent room of 17 m2 with a large bay giving direct access to the garden through a wooden terrace.
The bathroom has a large shower, a double sink and a toilet.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs, with sloping ceilings, are charming and comfortable. The large bedroom of 25 m2 under the roof is equipped with a 140 cm bed and also a children's bed and a BB bed (fixed). Opposite, the mezzanine bedroom closed above the large bedroom is a children's area with 2 single beds. This room is equipped with games and toys for the pleasure of the little ones, but importantly it is only closed by a curtain (see photos), given the size of the opening (old country house).
In the rooms, all the bedding is of high quality, bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning fees are optional at the rate of 120 euros and to be requested at the time of booking. If not requested, a deposit check of the same amount will be given on arrival.
Bath towels for the pool and beach are optional, on request, at a rate of 10€/person.
For the little ones, a travel cot or a high chair are also, on request in advance, available for rent at a rate of €10/stay.
Arrivals are scheduled between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departures at 10 a.m.
If the calendar allows it (to be requested) in July and August, arrivals can be brought forward from 11am for 50€ and delayed departure until 5pm at a rate of 50€. For weekend rentals, the hours are more flexible.
The Domaine de Bel air and its 2 cottages opened in 2022 and have been completely renovated.
The 10mx4m salt-treated swimming pool is open from 9.30am to 8pm every day and heated from 01/06 to 30/09. This relaxation area is shared with the neighbouring cottage.
You will have 2 parking spaces in front of the cottage, spaces to play boules, and racket games.
The estate is not fully fenced and young children will need to be supervised.
A bakery is at the end of the street at 400m and the village at 1600m. Pets are not allowed.
For your visits and beaches, the estate is 15 minutes from the center of Royan, 25 minutes from the island of Oléron, 20 minutes from Rochefort, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 25 minutes from Saintes.
