Lakefront cottage with neighborhood boat ramp, 1 mile from great restaurants.

This family friendly 2 bed, 1 bath lakefront cottage is located directly on the Somerset/Burnside line. Amazing restaurants like Guthrie’s Grill and Reno’s are just a mile away. Burnside Marina is 2.5 miles away, however there is a seasonal neighborhood boat ramp approximately 1 mile from the house. The massive deck and firepit area are great for relaxing with a good drink after spending the day on the lake. It’s perfect for grilling and listening to the boats go by. Grab a book and relax in the hammock! One bedroom has bunks with full beds on the bottom. Queen bed in the second bedroom. Pack N Play is available for the little ones. Full washer and dryer. WiFi available. There is NO cable, however there is a smart TV that any of your favorite streaming apps can be accessed on. We leave Netflix, Disney+, and Prime logged in for our guests. There is no direct access from the house to the lake. The house is located on a steep cliff overlooking the lake. Boat not included. The neighborhood boat ramp is seasonal as the water levels are usually lowered in the fall and winter.
