Seahorse #B sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers two levels of unobstructed views of sugar white sand and emerald green waters.

As you walk into the property, to the left, is the first bedroom that has a king bed and a flat screen TV. Step into the hallway and there are custom built, twin hall bunks. They share the first floor full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. A few more steps and you'll enter into the open living room and dining area. Enjoy views of the gulf from the sofa, sitting area or dining area. Or relax after a long day at the beach and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Sit down to family meals or game night at the large wooden kitchen table. Just steps from the living room is the all stainless steel kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Upstairs, to the left, is a large beach front, king bedroom with a flat screen TV, stylish beachy decor' and its own private balcony with more gorgeous views of the gulf. It offers a large private bathroom with a stand-alone-shower. Down the hall is the other king bedroom with a large sofa, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom offers north views of the beach with outside access to the stairway that leads into the parking lot. Just outside of this bedroom, in the hallway, is the stackable washer and dryer. All carpets upstairs have been removed and replaced with beautiful, luxury vinyl plank flooring!

Comes with an enclosed one car garage and common elevator. Seahorse is located across the street from the famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant! Grab your family and come stay at Seahorse #B! You'll simply love it.

So convenient and spacious enough to satisfy everyone. 4 year old really enjoyed the secret hide-out behind barn doors (bunk beds). Lots of fun!

Unit B was a great replacement for our family of 6. Peg Leg Pete’s in walking distance is a great perk. Stunning views of the Gulf is at your back door. Short walk to beach plus elevator is a plus. Bunk beds in hall are adorable if you have children. Carpet in bedrooms should be replaced due to wear and dirty. Unit is beautifully decorated and everything worked. Will rent again. My star ratings are because of carpet condition. Would have been all 5.

CUTE “hall bunky”, lived that there was an insert to store phones/etc. Lived the proximity to the beach, Peg Leg Pete’s & Grand Marlin. *I asked 2 people abt steps bc my aunt can’t navigate many without pain. Y’all said 6-8, for sure. Not so... The deck steps were 14. The steps at elevator end were 6 down then 5 up to walk to beach. I know it doesn’t affectmost of us but it does affect her and we were helping her get over her BAD yr. Otherwise, lovely beach, GREAT AC, pretty decor, especially upstairs. Will be back with our immediate fam of 7.

The extra sleeping space for our daughter’s visit was perfect. We had a minor problem with the clothes dryer and Paradise Beach sent someone out within a few hours. We have rented through VRBO & VACASA in the past but dealing with people face to face was just a pleasure. I highly recommend this unit and Paradise Beach Homes.

The two balconies are so nice to sit on with a drink and watch the water. There are three king beds in this property and the mattresses are super comfy.

The chairs on the deck were somewhat rusty and peeling. The complex is in good condition. There was a piece of plywood below the steps leading to the beach which in my opinion is a safety hazard, especially if not wearing shoes. The views of the beach from balcony were great!

Had a great experience at Fort Pickens on a day the blue angels were practicing--what an amazing opportunity!The condo did need some deep cleaning--dusty baseboards, dirty walls, and mold in tubs.

Our Own Private Beach

I wasn't happy hearing that we couldn't have the unit we were planning on but Russell worked with me and moved our reservation to the Seahorse. The location was perfect! It has direct access from our unit onto the beach. On our first night there, however, we discovered that the sliding door to the shower in the master suite was defective, we reported it the next day and they offered to send someone over to fix it. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same unit same time next year.

Can't Get Any Closer To The Gulf Than This

It is everything you could want for your beach stay. There are only 18 units and most of the units are privately owned and not rental units, therefore no crowds. The unit is well equipped and clean. We love it because it is right on the beach and you have your own set of stairs that take you down to the beach. My only request would be that the owner provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so that we don't have to carry those with us on the trip.

spectacular views

Reviewer Comments: condo was clean & lovely but, please replace the mattresses - they are very lumpy & have huge dents which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Living room is quite small but having 2 balconies & large bedrooms are priceless. But parking is the worst. But more than anything - renting through Paradise Beach rentals is spectacular - we love the cleanliness & know that everything will be perfect - thank you so much!
