Experience a peaceful getaway with luxury spa baths, gourmet kitchen, bamboo bar, ultra comfortable bedding, three fireplaces, two decks and lots of space and privacy. Escape the hustle and bustle of the high-rises. The town-home has three levels and is located on the sound side of the island. It is just a pebble’s throw away from the water's edge. Cross the street and stroll a few steps to the gulf. This quiet private dwelling is located away from the bars and restaurants on the east end of the island near the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Springtime on the beach is simply beautiful. The weather is warm but not terribly hot. The air is breezy and warm with highs in the upper 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Bands on the Beach play free concerts every Tuesday evenings 7-9 pm at the Gulfside Pavilion. Spring festivals and other events galore fill your fun packed days. For you foodies, springtime offers plenty of delectable seafood including Cobia (a thick white tasty fish especially grilled), crawfish and soft-shell crab in addition to the normal fare. Summer speaks for itself at Pensacola Beach. You can’t find more beautiful beaches anywhere in our nation. Our sugar white sand makes our beaches absolutely breathtaking. Don’t miss the Heart of the Seasons. September and October are the best months to enjoy the beach. Enjoy our Fall Festivals such as the Seafood Festival, Greater Gulf Coast Arts Festival, and The Blue Angel Show at the Base the first week in November. Fall and Winter are exceptional! Temperatures are moderate and the island is less crowded. You can enjoy a morning espresso or cappuccino, a walk on the sugar white beach, sun on the deck and the ambiance of three fireplaces. We stayed here for a total of seven days from July 5-12 for a baseball tournament for 16-18 year old boys. We were extremely satisfied during our stay. Busy week between baseball, 4th of July and the Blue Angels.

Plenty of room

Very nice property with lots of room. Close to the beach and just 2 miles from the boardwalk and restaurants and shopping. Ms Carla is so nice to work with. We would definitely stay at her home again.

This townhome was very comfortable and roomy. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach, and a short ride to many others nearby. We had a great time.

The home was as pictured. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 teens. Owner was able to contact easily and responded quick with any questions we had. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants. It’s a short walk across the road to get to the beach. And having 2 wagons and umbrellas and chairs was so helpful. We also all enjoyed the bicycles. Would def recommend this home for a great vacation. Would love to stay there again

First Florida Trip 2024

The location of this property was amazing!! Away from the main area but not too far away. House stayed cool upstairs and that’s great! Downstairs was a little warmer but still comfortable. The owner was so wonderful to work with and quick to respond to texts! That’s definitely a PLUS! We loved that she had some things in the garage to use if necessary. I also loved her recommendations for Fort Pickens and specific places to eat. That was very helpful for a family of 9 being together! Everything was so conveniently located by the condo and our first Florida experience was a fantastic one! Thanks to such a great condo to stay at and the location. The space this condo has is very accommodating. You can comfortably sleep 8-10 people here! The kids LOVED the secret room. That was their favorite place to be! Thank you for everything!! If we return we will definitely keep this place in mind! This experience all around was a great one. Thank you Carla for opening up your home to us!! We definitely appreciated it.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is nice with 3 bedroom and a cool little secret room. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. It's just a few steps feom the Sound and a small walk to the beach. We loved our vacation location. The 3 bathrooms were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G to have. The best the about all of it was the owner. She is simply the best. She made this a great location!

What I like about this place is the location, it is far from the tourist area and quiet. The people in the area are nice. The house is large and nicely decorated and I really like the outside patios and balcony. There is patio furniture and lovely flowers too. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to make meals. Also, what is nice is the garage is filled with beach chairs and beach wagons and some toys for the little ones. What I did not like was that we could not lock the downstairs patio doors from the inside. Also there are a couple of issues with the sidewalk to the front door, first the shrubs are overgrown and are covering the sidewalk and there is a potted plant that is on the sidewalk together these obstacles force people to walk over an unpaved and unfinished area where there is dirt and some sort of uneven brick structure it is not smooth and is a trip hazard for those who have issues with walking and for the elderly. The first step on the stairs to the front door is constantly wet from water that comes from the air conditioner and poses a slip hazard. We could not open the garage door so we had to park outside, the garage remote did not work, and we could not find a switch to operate the garage door. It is understandable that it is difficult to remove all sand from any home this close to the beach but we had to vacuum a few times when we first arrived so we could walk barefoot without stepping on the floor because it was not cleaned well.

Comfortable Quiet Clean Classy

Very comfortable place with recent nice renovations. Condo is away from hustle bustle but close enough. 10-15 minutes will get you wherever you need/want to go in Pensacola Beach or Gulf Breeze. Access to sound. Easy access to beach across road. Carla is a terrific owner. Great communication and she genuinely cares about your stay. We’ll definitely return to stay here again.

Nice Vacation Spot!

The owner of the property was very responsive before and during our stay, which was appreciated. The home itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. We cooked most of our meals, so having the outside grill was a bonus. There were plenty of pans, dishes, and utensils available and most of the kitchen items we needed were provided. The description of the property in the listing was a little confusing on the garage. There is one, but it has been modified. A car would fit ok, but our mid-size SUV was too big to fit inside. That was disappointing since that was one reason we opted for this unit. The walk to the beach was also much further than we’d anticipated but they had some flooding that week due to a storm, so there may have been a flooded walkway that we weren’t able to find. Also, there is a small community pier available to sit at on the sound side. (We were hoping to fish there but couldn’t because every time we went there were people swimming in the area. Maybe next time!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’d stay at this unit again in the future.

Great place to stay with family!

We have been vacationing in Pensacola for 27 years and this was our first stay on this side of the island. It was a short walk to the beach and the sound was just steps away. The trolley stop was also very close. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and had everything you could possibly ever need!

Not clean at all but nice location

We loved Pensacola but the rental was not clean at all! The owner had had their dog there and the master bedroom large rug was literally covered and white fur and the quilt on the bed had fur all over it. The owner stated that she was sorry that the cleaning person didn’t vacuum the master. That was not the case, the entire place had not been vacuumed b/c down stairs had fur all over the floor too. Don’t get me wrong, I love animals but it was unbelievably bad and not fair to us. Thank goodness we are not allergic to dog fur b/c it could have been really bad. I asked for a refund of one night (of three nights) and the cleaning fee and she refused that the owner would only refund the cleaning fee. The place was also a dated and dark but a great location.

Excellent experience!

The beach house was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed it so much. The owner was very helpful, very honest and listed everything accurately. I would highly recommend this property. We had a family emergency at the end of our stay and the property owner was wonderful to us throughout the entire time, even checking on us to make sure we got home safely. Thank you!

Nice place to get away!

Carla (the owner) was friendly, extremely responsive, and made the rental process easy. The home was as shown in the photos, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. There were a couple of items in need of repair (these were disclosed beforehand). The house is a short walk to the sound on one side (beautiful sunrises!) and half a block to the beach on the other. The house had all the beach items we needed (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and carts)! The house is nice and I’m sure sees a lot of traffic—my only wish is that the housekeeper would have tidied up a bit more before we arrived. Other than that, great house, nice location, helpful neighbors!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit quirky. And, there should be rrom for groceries. But other than that it waa great.
