My family loved the location of the property. It was perfect for the three families. Everyone had their own space with their own bathroom. The property had everything we needed and it was super clean!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely return!

Very Good Unit

Overall the unit was very nice and well equipped. We had no complaints except that the listings should mention that you are not allowed to park your boat trailer at the complex, and even if you were allowed, there really is not enough room to do so.

Nice, Nice

Beautiful view of the Sound. A short distance from the Gulf side beach. Condo is very nice. One important piece of advice is there are 51 steps to get to the condo living room. There is an elevator, but it was being repaired and unusable five of the seven days we were there. In all it is a great place. Personally, I would definitely stay again but only on the first floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could use a better cleaning. Was not as clean I would have expected. A few maintenance items I brought attention to. Nothing major, just annoyances. Very nice layout. Be ready for stairs. Pool and grill area were very nice. Grounds well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

A Week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience had both positive and negative aspects to our stay. Unfortunately our entire family was unable to join us as planned and therefore the two of us had the place to ourselves. Being an older couple in our 70's, the three levels of stair cases were a negative. Plus having no bathroom on the main living area created another negative of constantly climbing stairs. The location was perfect, the pool was fantastic and the convenience of access to the beach was wonderful. We did experience a surprise from the HOA. They resurfaced the parking area and we were blocked access to our parking space for two days. A heads up would have been nice.

great location, quiet, needs renovation (that's why it's 4 stars)

Overall, this property is perfect for families. Pros: End unit, great view of sunsets, last community before reaching the National Park, clean, great location, quiet, views of both the sound and gulf sides (and both within walking distance), 3 beds and 3 baths, plenty of seating for dining and living room (6), 3 different options for bathing (1 tub/shower, 1 shower, 1 jetted tub/shower), plenty of cookware, spices, plenty of towels, 3 beach towels. Mary and Jeff are very responsive and helpful. Elevator to entrance of unit. Laundry supplies provided. Coffee provided. Covered parking for 2 vehicles (front and back parking, not side by side). Pool max depth 4ft 6 inches. 2 puzzles provided (500pc and 1000pc). We did the 500 piece and was pleasantly surprised that all pieces were there! Plenty of room to put clothes. Comes with toaster, blender, coffee pot and Keurig, Variety of cookware and utensils, flatware, and place settings. Microwave, oven, full sized fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer combo. Provided plastic wrap, ziploc bags, and aluminum foil. Cons: I believe the entire place (with exception of floors) are original to build in 1990, needs major renovation and better appliances, entrance light falling down, one light switch plate missing (I believe it was in the master closet?), master tub very hard to get in due to width of tub, jets don't work on tub, beds are very soft (my back hurt every morning from bed), you must use stairs within unit (problem for elderly or mobility challenged), top room and bathroom not completely enclosed (loft) so privacy can be an issue on that particular bedroom/bath (I let my teens have it), temperature difference from loft to bottom floor is noticeable (thankfully there are fans). Tips: Bring your own K-cups. There's a Keurig but the provided coffee cups do not work in it. Wish there was tea for noncoffee drinkers. If you have more than 3 people, bring beach towels. Bring your own paper towels-we had partial roll Suggestions: Needs a kitchen trash can that is hands free for cleanliness, second nightstand for CPAP users. Needs better quality trash bags that don't rip easily. We did not watch TV, so can't comment on that. There are TVs in every bedroom and living room. Did not attempt to open couch as a bed so I can't comment on the pull-out. As you can see, I'm pretty picky. Overall, it is a good place. If you don't mind climbing stairs and don't have a problem with an older unit, this one is for you!

Fantastic vacation!

Everything from booking to checkout was a breeze. Communication from the property manager was great. The location was superb! Close location to the pool was a plus. Just a walk across the street to relax and have fun on the beach by the Gulf. Beautiful! And the beach on the bay side was a nice fall back when the gulf side was too busy or not safe to be in the water (storms mid week). The condo was great. More than enough space for a family of 5. Lots of great places to eat and shop, and fun things to do with the kids. Will be looking to stay here again the next time we make a trip to Pensacola.

Beautiful location

This is our second stay at the Palm Beach club we absolutely love the location, perfect Bay/ocean side. The property manager has always been very helpful and attentive with any questions. We always plan to stay at this complex while visiting Pensacola we love it so much!

Fishing Trip.

Was very nice and peaceful check in was easy everyone was super nice and ft pickens is right down the road we fished everyday and caught a ton. Will be staying again.

This was our first stay in Pensacola & loved it! The condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway!

1st off~ Mary was amazing! She was in constant communication with us and made check in seamless. We spent the holiday at the condo with our family & our son who is in the Navy, stationed in Pensacola. The location was exactly what we wanted. Away from everything but still close enough to restaurants. We hope to return!
