NEW UPDATES in 2026!  This condo is a 90-second walk to the beach and pool! This unit has two bedrooms (1st BR King; 2nd BR two queens) each with their own full bath. Off the living room is a private porch where you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean amongst the Centuries Old Live Oaks!  Guests have access to the oceanfront pool at Seagrove Villas.



PLEASE NOTE: Condo regulations prohibit guests from using the fireplace.

Affordable Way to Be Close to Beach

We were happily surprised with the size of the unit. It was a short two-minute walk to pool and beach. Wild Dunes Resort has a lot of amenities to offer, as well. The unit shows its age a little bit, but it was clean and cute.

Beautiful property, great hosts.

This was a great place to spend long weekend. Just a few steps from the beach in a beautiful gated community. The hosts were responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommended.

4 1/2 Stars. Accurate description of Villa

This villa is truly a 60-90 second walk to the beach on a cement path which accommodates rolling carts, buggies etc. The villa is clean and appliances in kitchen are really nice.TVs all had a lot of streaming choices which was a bonus Nice open dining and living area. A couple things: All three mattresses need replaced. Also, the pool furniture is very old and needs to also be replaced. But that is not a reflection of the actual villa owner. More of an FYI for the complex. Overall happy with stay and location is great

Great Stay!

The property is as listed - clean, well decorated and close to everything. The unit is much larger than it appears in photos and is well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The owners were in close contact during the check in process and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Short stay at Seagrove Villa

The location and layout of this property was great for us. We had our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter and her parents with us and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The furniture and fixtures could have been in better shape - poorly fit cabinets and rusting bathroom fixtures left the villa feeling a bit unkept.

Communication with the owner was excellent! There was bad weather prior to our visit and we were reassured that the property was in excellent condition. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Great condo, great area!

We loved our stay. Communications with the owner/s from the start was great and continued throughout the stay. The house was clean and perfectly located within a very short walking distance to the local pool and beach. There was a really nice path leading from the condo to the pool and then the beach. It was SO nice to have this as we were hauling our beach wagon. The kitchen was very well equipped. The kitchen pans looked new and were very nice to cook with; it made searing scallops that much easier. Plenty of spices were provided and a good starter pack of dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom had nice closet space with a dresser that provided extra storage. Maybe invest in some room darkening curtains ;) The condo's A/C unit was perfect and cooled the unit down at night and during the day perfectly. There are ceiling fans in each room, which our family appreciated very much. The laundry room was great to have and be able throw in beach/pool towels to dry for the next day. We rented bikes from a local company and it was so easy and quick to bike to the Boardwalk or Sweetgrass property at Wild Dunes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation!

We loved this home, it was perfect for our family of 4. There is a giant living room/dining space with a good kitchen and tons of space for the kids to play. The TV in the living room was perfect and all apps worked well for us. Both bedrooms were great size and nice to have two separate bathrooms. The location to the pool and beach could not be better - there is a path outside the building and it’s about a 3 minute walk to both. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great and was open even in late November. Alec, who managed the property, was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had via text and phone. I would love to go back, I only wish it was closer to us so we could go more often!!

Beautiful condo price was right

Could have used more than one kitchen towel and (cable ) TV worked sometimes . Beds and furniture were all so comfy. We felt very “at home” Pool and beach less than a 3 minute walk! Great time

Not fancy but great location!

The unit itself is showing its age, so shouldn't be considered by those seeking luxurious updates. But the location close to Pavilion/Seagrass as well as its own community pool and proximity to beach made it a great rental. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to a couple of maintenance issues.

Damp with mildew smell

Overall it was okay. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. However, it was very damp. The carpets felt damp the entire time and the apartment smelled like mildew. There was black mildew in the air vents and grates. Batteries in the remotes were dead and there was no way to adjust the volume on the TV in the living room.

Wonderful trip!

We had 6 of us total (3 adults & 3 kids) and had more than enough space. The walk to the beach and the pool was so quick & easy, even with the kids and all of the gear in tow. Our check in/check out was simple, and anyone we communicated with was quick, responsive and very pleasant. Our one “complaint” (for lack of a better a word) was that, although the unit had been cleaned prior to arrival, it could use a good deep clean - cabinet fronts, blinds, air vents, etc. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and were sad to leave!

Great location

The property on seagrove lane was a great location! Minutes from the beach. The management was incredible and was a big help! They were very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay on this property!

Seagrove Villas

My family and I enjoyed five wonderful days on Wild Dunes Resort in Seagrove Villa 5B! The villa had everything we needed, and was very comfortable for all! It was close to the pool and beach access. My only suggestion would be to bring extra garbage bags and toilet paper, because there wasn’t enough for the week. I would highly recommended this property!

Wild Dunes - Our Favorite Place

This 2 bedroom condo is idea for families and is situated close to the beach access and pool which made the trek to both easy for all ages in our group - condo was fully stocked with everything one would need for a stay at our favorite place - Wild Dunes, IOP.

Good manager & tried to help us in all ways.

Not very clean, underneath cabinets dirty, popcorn & etc. under cushions, no ice maker in refrig., not enough basic supplies furnished——-not enough towels & dish towels, plus only part rolls of toilet paper for 4 people. TV was very inoperable for average people. None of 3 really supplied service. This condo was comfortable, but needs a good cleaning & upgrade!

All around excellent

Shortly after we booked, I had a change in plans. The management company was very accommodating and quickly helped change my reservation. The unit itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There was more than enough room for our family of five. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our Stay

The location was perfect and the management group (Alec was our contact) was amazing. The condo made our stay very comfortable. We would have liked it to be a bit more plush, the mattresses has plastic coverings so sleeping was a bit tough, the towels were a mixed matched group of towels, the carpet could use to be replaced. Overall we had a great time and a great stay, we plan to stay again.
