Enjoy your stay at Villa Magna, beachfront condo residences and 5 star resort. This luxury beachfront one bedroom condo is on the 7th floor Condo # 373B, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the Sierra Madre mountains. You will have access to the amenities of the on site Dreams Villa Magna 5 star resort, and have the option of adding all inclusive days to your stay.

Take a stroll down miles of sandy beach or sit with your feet in the sand at the beach bar. There are five 5-star internationally themed restaurants on the property, 3 bars and a rooftop sushi bar. Room service and catering are available to order from the resort hotel.

We provide everything that you need to enjoy your stay, including features of a full kitchen finished in granite and stainless steel, a luxurious king size bed, LCD TV, DVD, cable, free WiFi internet, Weber BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy a dinner outside.

Take part in daily excursions for zip-lining, swimming with dolphins, whale watching etc. which can be booked at the excursions desk. Or enjoy free daily events such as yoga classes and the nightly entertainment shows.

Villa Magna is ideally located close to many of the Riviera Nayarit's beautiful and popular attractions. There are three world class golf courses close by. Exciting shopping and nightlife are just 20 minutes away in Puerto Vallarta. We just finished a 21-night stay and this condo was perfect, spacious and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the ocean/pool views from the balcony were spectacular.George and his property manager were extremely accommodating, allowing us early check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed for our vacation. We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

George’s condo is top-notch, super clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed our week long get away, saw dolphins and whales from the deck almost daily.

Breathtaking views

Beautiful sunsets or storm watching depending on weather. Can hear the ocean from the balcony. Flexibility with option to take advantage of all inclusive resort facilities was great. Wonderful relaxing getaway.

Cozy condo with great view

Loved staying here, for me the location was perfect. Avoiding the chaos of downtown PV, easy parking, close to the grocery stores and main highway, restaurants, etc. plus a gorgeous view to wake up to every morning. The area was quiet and well maintained, lovely pool area and beach access. Everyone I encountered during the stay was lovely and the owners were a breeze to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo at Villa Magna. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, bed was comfortable. The resort grounds were beautiful, the pools were refreshing to cool off in the afternoon. We took great advantage of the walking/biking path on the street right out front. We hope to make it back here one day.

Villa Magna renter

The condo is large and very clean. It was just as pictured. There is beautiful view of the ocean and city from the building common areas. The condo is Very spacious with toilet paper, paper towels and some spices. Beautiful view from the 2 person balcony. The view of the ocean is quite distant. There are 4 beautiful pools and palapas on the beach so lots of sitting room. A major drawback was the fact that we could not eat at any of the restaurants on the premises, except the snack shack because we were only renters. It is about a 15 minute walk to Paradise village Mall where there are a few restaurants, shops and coffee spots. This is a very safe area, but it has very little true Mexican feel. The owner and his wife were wonderful. We do recommend and Would stay There again.

Amazing views & great resort

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation! We loved the amazing ocean views from the condo & sunsets were awesome! Condo is well equipped with everything you need. King size bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. Resort is great with several pool options as well as private beach area with loungers. As a guest of owner you can purchase all inclusive to access restaurants & poolside service, however it was very pricey (currently $89USD/adult for an 8 hour period). Instead we utilized the poolside snack bar available for condo guests. Prices were reasonable, food & drinks were very fresh & tasty. Both Fish & chips and Burgers we had were the best we had for our trip. Location is great for miles of beach walks. Also have access right outside the condo complex to the walking/biking path that takes you to Paradise Village shopping center with small grocery store, about 20-30 min walk. Our favorite place for massages is just a 3 minute beach walk to Patty’s Spa. Communication with George was great. He provided all info we needed & checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was good. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nuevo Vallarta!

Mexican condo - safe, fun and comfortable!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be! Clean, spacious for the two of us, comfortable bed, and the deck view was spectacular! (Watching whales while we ate breakfast was a highlight for sure!) We felt safe in the area and we loved the community amenities. (Ie. pools/restaurants/bike rentals/grocery shopping etc). We loved having the washer & dryer, and we could watch the hotel shows from our deck in the evenings. We appreciated the quiet time at 10pm rule as we got up early in the mornings to take in the sunrises. One of our highlights was also renting pedal bikes so we could tour around to Starbucks at the mall, the markets throughout the weeks and to Bucerias. We enjoyed having the deck door open in the evenings to cool off the room and listen to the beautiful sounds of the ocean. For our three week stay, we had 25-28C weather every single day…it was consistently gorgeous and perfect for us Canadians to escape winter! We only saw the new property manager at check-in but we had the additional pleasure of meeting the owners, George and Anne, who are truly salt of the earth people and such fantastic hosts. They shared helpful tidbits with us and answered all of our questions. They are the type of humans that you hope to be friends with for life! Our one regret is not booking for next year earlier as it’s already booked for the next two years!!! #Great space #Fantastic views #Safe #Fun #cantwaittogoback #gratefulCanadians

Pleasant stay in condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and were very comfortable. The condo was very clean and was well equipped. Unfortunately, the TV service did not work and Internet is a bit spotty and at times weak for anything other than just browsing. George, the owner, as well as the property manager were very responsive. The decor is very simple. A few simple touches in the bedroom and living room could make the place look more upscale, for the price paid. The condo complex is large, with the Dreams hotel sharing the property. It got busy during New Year’s. There’s usually space around the pools to find where to sit, but the pools were freezing cold. The beach is a much better option, but it was hard to find shaded space after 10 am and until 2 pm. I’m sure this is not an issue the remainder of the year. Overall we enjoyed our time and the stay.

A great vacation in a terrific condo

We just returned from 5 fantastic weeks stay in this absolutely -gorgeous condo. The condo is beautifully furnished with every facility that one could use. Its location within the complex provides for perfect views of beautiful sunsets. The Villa Magna complex itself, is ideally situated for buses to Puerto Vallarta etc. George thank you for providing for a perfect holiday experience for a couple of old retirees, we would love to come back. Couldn't Have Been Better!!

We just returned from 5 glorious nights at George and Ann's condo in Nuevo Vallarta and I have to say our stay could not have gone better. The condo is absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean with all the amenities anyone could need. The view of Banderas Bay from our balcony (we had breakfast on it every morning) was spectacular! The unit is tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill outside. We love the Villa Magna complex with it's three pools and glorious beachfront. We walked to dinner every night and although we have been to Nuevo many times, managed to find some awesome new places to hang. The area keeps getting better and better. We were met on arrival by their property manager, Jenifer and she was sensational. Although we did not need anything during our stay it was comforting to know that she was just a few minutes away and easily accessible, just in case. George and Ann, thank you so much for opening your home to us and being so responsive to our messages. We had a blast and will certainly return! Craig and Shari

Our favorite trip to date! Love the Condo Life! This condo is beautiful!

I am beyond words how beautiful this condo is and how wonderful the owners George and Ann are. We have been coming to PV for 20 years now and have stayed in many resorts in Nuevo but never experienced the condo life. This beautiful 7th floor condo is by far our best stay ever. George even went as far as giving us some great restaurants to try of which we loved. Fajita Replubic and La Dolce Vita to name a few, and they were literally walking distance from the condo. We went to the mega grocery to buy our food and when we needed just a few extra things, would walk down to paradise village to the Sunset market for those. The condo has everything we could have needed and more. The view is breathtaking and I will have to say, George and Ann have the best condo in the area. We looked at quite a few before choosing this one and we will definitely be back. The beaches are as always so beautiful and the grill that is by the pool is magnificent. The living room is so warm and cozy and the bed very comfy as well. George reached out at times to see if we needed anything. Amazing owners and amazing condo in paradise. The only thing my boyfriend wished he could have had was CNN on tv to see what was happening in the world. He was happy to get his sports channels to watch the Cowboy game of course as we are from Dallas. :) I highly recommend booking this condo as it will not disapoint!! Awesome condo

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. This beautiful condo was well equipped, very clean and had the most incredible view from the balcony. Everything you see in the pics is exactly what to expect. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the beach. George is just the nicest guy-very responsive, informed, and courteous. Thank you again George! We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to plan our return trip to Villa Magna. We will definitely be checking availability on this condo first! :)

Incredible stay in a perfect apartment!

We just finished a 16-night stay and the apartment was absolutely perfect!! I can’t recommend it enough! Beautiful ocean and Mountain View’s and everything provided was exceptional and high quality. We felt so at home and everything was clean and classy. The apartment is bright, open and has a fresh feel. The AC worked very well, a new gas grill and anything you needed was provided. We will definitely return next year. The owner and property manager couldn’t have been any nicer and they were always available to answer any questions. See you again soon! Thank you for providing a perfect vacation experience!!

Excellent choice for our holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in this 7th floor condo at Villa Magna Residences - the view off the balcony is exactly as pictured and the perfect place for morning coffee, people watching at the pools below or even viewing some of the outdoor entertainment in the evening. We made good use of the new gas BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped (only suggestion would be to add a garlic press and kitchen scissors) and the appliances very good quality. The bed was very comfortable and with a choice of A/C or ceiling fans, room temperature easy to control. We spent much time on the beach and made good use of the boogie board supplied. The rest of our family stayed in the all-inclusive resort building but everyone commingles on the grounds, in the 3 pools and at the beach. Perfect to celebrate our son-in-law's 40th birthday...

Comfortable and very clean.

Stayed for a week at this property. The view from the patio is absolutely amazing, beautiful sunsets. We were very pleased, it was so comfortable and very clean. Had all the comforts needed when on vacation. The bed was so comfortable, and had lots of towels which are needed in a hot and humid climate. Would not hesitate to rent this property again, if the owner would have us. George was great to deal with, answered our questions right away and was there to greet us when we arrived. Room with a View

Great condo with spectacular views that you have to see to believe. My husband and I could not quit taking pictures. Very clean condo and owner was very accommodating.. Only negative, was hoping to get an actual real grill for barbecuing on the deck, it ended up being an electric grill. Highly recommend this condo!

Great location at a great resort

Superb condo!

We have stayed in the Nuevo area for the past 4 years, and this is the nicest condo in which we have had the pleasure of staying. The condo is very spacious for a one bedroom unit. It was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a small grill that can be used on the deck. Everything is of top quality including the comfortable bed and living room furniture. Two of the 3 pools are heated to a delightful temperature. There are pool aerobics classes, zumba, and a yoga type class that are all available free of charge. There are many good reasonable restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk down the VERY safe walking/bike path. The beach has soft sand that can be walked for miles in either direction. The water here is swimmable as the bottom is smooth, not rocky. The owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive to my requests. We were here for one month, and the time flew by. We are already looking forward to returning next year.
