Nautical and Nice Marina Condo with Social Membership

Enjoy your relaxing tropical vacation in an inviting nautical-themed condo located in the marina in the peaceful, lush setting of Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. All of the comforts of home have been made available to you to make sure your Mexican holiday is complete. Our updated condo is ready for your arrival – all that is left to do this book your ticket!

**We have a Social Membership** For a single fee, guests staying in our condo for 14 days or more can access the Beach Club(located at Playa Royale), the El Tigre Sports and Racquet Club, the "wet" areas at the Hacienda Spa and receive a discount on golf fees at El Tigre during their stay.

Upon your arrival the friendly staff and security guard will be waiting to assist you. We promise you’ll be impressed with the cleanliness of the condo complex and the beautiful gardens that surround it.

The condo is on the fourth floor of a 4th floor condo building, conveniently located around the corner from the elevator and stairs. The condo’s large private, covered balcony faces south over the marina and has some sun and shade all day. There are full sliding glass doors to access it from the living room and master bedroom.

There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker for your convenience. The fridge has an icemaker and water is filtered. We have provided non-breakable plates for you to use poolside at the Marina Residence pool or take with you on a picnic. This is a stocked kitchen and offers every thing from margarita glasses to baking sheets to make long stays feel even more like home.

The living room is bright and spacious with a comfortable sofa and love seat. The living room has a 54” TV. Rest assured that you can easily stay connected with friends or family back home as wireless internet is available at no additional charge. A beautiful chandelier is over the large dinning table that can seat 8.

There is Telmex wireless internet - exclusive use and not shared with other suites in the building. There is a telephone line for local calls and incoming international calls.

We have a 'take a book leave a book' drawer, family board games, some sand toys, beach toys and other sports equipment available for use. Do not bother to pack bulky beach towels as they are included. This is our family condo and everything is available to make you holiday complete. Mi casa es su casa!

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. The second bathroom is a large ensuite that features an oversized walk-in shower and ample counter space. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

There is a patio table on the covered balcony with comfortable Sunbrella chair pads. The balcony has two lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun and the view – of course! As the condo overlooks the marina there is lots to see with boats coming and going during the daytime hours.

The large master retreat (Azul Marino) features a Sealy pillow topped king-sized bed. The room has two closets, 2 - two drawer nightstands and a full set of drawers. There is a safe located in the master bedroom closet. A smaller TV is located in the wall unit and full sliding glass doors exit out onto the balcony.

The second bedroom (Rojo) has two Sealy pillow topped double/matrimonial sized beds. There is a large six-drawer dresser with mirror and a 2-drawer nightstand that will allow you to settle in for your stay.

Full maid services are available.
