Acqua is great for family holiday and offers a beach resort atmosphere in a relaxed and non-crowded area. The 10 miles of wide, soft sand with it's shallow beach slope for easing into the ocean, is said to be the most beautiful beach in Puerto Vallarta. No matter the season the warm ocean welcomes all swimmers and boarders alike.

A short walk up the beach you can rent horses, kayaks, catamarans, sail boats, windsurfers and jet skis. If you are more inclined to relax you can do a walk-in or make an appointment for a massage on the beach or other beauty treatments at a nearby hotels.


CONDO INFORMATION AND AMENITIES

Our beachfront condo is nicely furnished with a modern take to bring out the fantastic colors of the Mexican Riviera. Great for family vacations or a romantic getaway, the peaceful ambiance will make your trip one to remember.

You can relax on your private terrace and balcony which offers a fantastic view of Acqua's lush garden, pools and beach. The sliding glass doors offers up a floor to ceiling surface of uninterrupted views.

The 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo measures approximately 1000 sq ft. with complete climate control with 3 A/C units and 2 ceiling fans. We have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with UPGRADED BREAKFAST BAR (full size refrigerator, 4 gas burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, dishes/utensils), WASHER/DRYER unit, GAS BBQ GRILL, and FREE WIFI.

We loved staying here. The grounds, pools and ocean were amazing. The condo could use some updates with new shower curtain and linens but overall, our stay was good. We used Conceirge for taxi and it was excellent. The location is a little isolated, but the taxi service made grocery shopping and excursions a dream.

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed our stay at Sally's condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The location on the beach and close proximity to Bucerias was perfect. Especially enjoyed the evening sunsets. We will return.

Nice property

In general, the property is nice. We loved the pool and being able to see the beach from the balcony. The unit is a little bit rough around the edges, but overall suited our needs.

The condo has a nice view of the pool and courtyard with the ocean in the background. Sally and Boni were easy to deal with. Very safe area. Had a great vacation.

Grounds are beautiful, condo needing a little TLC

The condo could use a little TLC, and a deep cleaning. Beds were very hard. When we went to use the dishes they were dirty, we had to wash them before we could use them. The kitchen sink would not drain, We contacted Bony, the condo manager, and it was fixed in no time. The location is perfect, complex was very nice, everyone loved the pools and the beach.

Amazing View

Ariana Ocean is located in the beautiful Banderas Bay where you can watch the whales and dolphins frolicking in the ocean. The grounds of Aria Ocean are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. While the 2 large pools are not heated, they are refreshing on the hot sunny days and warm up quite nicely by mid afternoon. The little restaurant/ bar was very convenient when you didn’t feel like cooking or going out for a meal. We used it frequently. The view from our condo was amazing. The condo boasted 2 large balconies where we enjoyed our meals. We made use of the gas BBQ often. As our stay was 28 days, it was very nice to have a washer and dryer. The condo includes beach chairs/ umbrella which we used every day as we spent our entire time on the beach. Boni, the site manager was very nice and whenever we needed anything fixed, he was easy to contact. Security in and around the pool was excellent. You felt very safe As the condo is close to Bucerias, it was a short 20 minute walk to the outskirts of the town. We could walk to the major grocery stores for supplies and there’s a little store at the entrance to the condo that has a small selection of groceries. Finally, and most important was the owner of the condo, Sally. Months before our arrival, she provided us with detailed information regarding the condo, contact information, expectations of the area and restaurants nearby. We both had a very enjoyable time and look forward to returning next year.

PVR Vacation

The listing says 2 king size beds in actual fact, one was a queen and the other was two singles put together. Anyone that has any mobility issues needs to be aware that the elevator is not in service (has been out for months and has no date of when it will be back in service). One of the things we had not been made aware of prior to booking, that bothered us was that we were told not to flush any TP after using the toilet and that it was to be put in the waste paper baskets in the bathroom and then had to be taken out down 4 sets of stairs out to the far end of the parking lot through gravel and construction to a very unkept garbage dump. Now, after speaking to some owners there, we were told that was not the case, and that flushing TP was not an issue. We had issues within the unit, when we arrived. The main A/C unit was not working at all and wasn’t repaired for 3 days. There were also 2 days that we were unable to use our main shower, as there was a leak into the unit below, and the maintenance man caused dust and dirt on our toiletries, clothes and linens in the master bathroom, bedroom and hallways. A housekeeper was provided to clean up, but again this was a disruption to our vacation. Finally our last 2 days we had NO maintenance, housecleaning or any need to contact Sally and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation. Sally was kind enough to refund us two days of our nine days of our stay, which was much appreciated.

Fantastic stay

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The one small issue we had was resolved by Sally within minutes, she is amazing! I would definitely stay here again! Pools were a bit cool for us but the ocean was so warm and the beach is amazing! We will be back😊

Great little condo in a wonderful building

Communications with Sally were prompt, polite and pleasant. Her property manager, Boni, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo with a view of the gardens between the building, the pool and ocean are fantastic. The condo could use a few touch ups, but nothing of great concern. We had everything we needed and everything worked well. The three pools and beach, complete with a pool bar/restaurant, are the perfect place to spend the entire day. The staff were all excellent and easy to deal with. Our return flight was delayed and Sally let us stay beyond the checkout time with out any extra charge. She really was a great person to deal with. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay, and will be staying with her again.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Sally the owner took care of any glitch in a very prompt manner. She approved property manager to purchase a new blender and deck umbrella and we had them the next day. Only improvement we could suggest would be blackout curtains in the master bedroom. The lights around the property and the early sun rise prevented it from ever being actually dark.

Great place

Loved the location and the beach! Condo has everything you need in a kitchen. Just pack some spices! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening and cooking on the bbq! Sally was great to communicate with and security was friendly! Ask for more water so you have enough for your stay. Sally may have to update beach chairs and umberella.

Great Vacation

We spent two weeks at Sally's condo and were perfectly happy with the accommodations. Everything came as expected and Sally was excellent to deal with for any questions we had. We love this location for the ease of access to the grocery stores especially. It's an easy 20 minute walk there and a short cab ride back. There are not a lot of restaurants that are close enough to walk but cabs are inexpensive and easily to catch at the front gate. The patio furniture on both decks is top end which we loved because we spent a lot of time outside.There is currently construction on the back tower but it is intermittent and only wrecks your vacation if you let it. Overall we had a very good stay.

Nice Place

Overall had a very nice stay. There is some construction going on but we didn't find it bothersome. Very convenient to be able to walk over the grocery store when we needed something. About a 20 minute walk or a short cab ride. Always easy to get cabs to go for dinners. Some very nice restaurants in the area. Condo was very clean and everything worked very well. Would stay again.

Our stay

Sally's condo is very nicely laid out and comfortable. The view is amazing and the pools are fantastic. If you are looking for nightlife or restaurants though, you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. There is a small restaurant/bar on site but it closes at 6:30. As per prior reviews written regarding the lack of umbrellas at the pools, this is very true. There are very few and it is a fight to get one on any given day as people hold spots and don't even show up. Evidently the rules are not being followed. The cabanas are a very nice touch but same problem. We did however have a wonderful week and would highly recommnend Sally's condo. She was a thoughtful and responsive owner.

2 Weeks of Bliss

Sally is the most attentive and caring host. Don’t hesitate to contact her and share your concerns. She acts on them immediately. THINGS TO BRING Garbage bags, tall for kitchen and smaller for bathrooms Sunscreen-very expensive there and you are using lots Decaf tea or coffee if that is what you drink- could not find them anywhere but we had some with us Tide pods and dryer sheets for laundry (machines work great) LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM seating for 3 (loveseat and chair) not too comfy but DR has nice comfy chairs KITCHEN is well stocked MASTER BEDROOM has en-suite and is large and bright with a Kingsize bed, loved it but bed was too hard for me BEDROOM 2 is small and dark with a double bed that is soft and very comfy BALCONIES there are 2 nice sized, 1 has two lounge chairs and the other has table & chairs with a gas BBQ the we used almost everyday AIR CONDITIONING in every room and works great GLASS SLIDERS there are 3 walls of sliders that can be opened wide, loved that POOLS the most beautiful I have seen. Right on the beach! Spent most of our time around the pool. Note: if you want a cabana or shade umbrella, you had better get you towel down there by 8 :30 am or you are in the full hot sun (security does not enforce the ‘no holding’ rule GROCERY STORES 20 min walk (Mega) and cab ride back was not expensive Loved our stay there and would certainly recommend it to anyone. We went with another couple for 2 weeks so we traded rooms 1/2 way thru stay to make it fair to each as we both wanted the Master Felt very safe there in the whole area Thanks Sally for sharing your condo

Wonderful Stay At Aria Ocean

Sally was great to deal with. There was great communication, the condo was great. The condo faced the pools which was very nice (the pools are unbelievable!). There was construction on the third tower and on the Condo next door, but it was never an issue. The condo is close to two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. There were boogie boards for us to use as well. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Great holiday in Nuevo Vallarta

We had a lovely holiday at Sally’s condo at Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta. We really enjoyed the 2bed/2bath condo with 2 terraces. Because of the location of the condo on the 2nd floor those terraces were very private and afforded us a beautiful view of the pools and the beach. The kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking and there was also a BBQ on the terrace. I would highly recommend this property.

The overall property is very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sally’s condo is great. Fantastic to have the gas barbecue on the deck. Deck furniture is comfortable. Beautiful view of the pool and the ocean beyond. The condo itself is well equipped. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. The bed is very comfortable. Had great sleeps every night. There is construction happening but it seems that it doesn’t matter where you stay, there is construction. We spent most of our time on the beach and the construction noise was not an issue. Sally is very accommodating and prompt to answer emails. Would I rent Sally’s condo again? In a heartbeat!!!!

A relaxing week

Two couples stayed in Sally’s condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and has sliders that open up to provide great fresh breezes in the evening.The condo has a/c but we just used the fans during the day and opened the patio doors in evening. The two decks are shaded in the afternoon and provide a view to the pools and beach. We used one of the three pools to cool down every day. They do a great job of keeping the grounds and pools clean. The only negative was the lack of umbrellas around the pool. The good news is that the security people will move your towels if you leave them unattended in a cabana or shaded lounger for more than 30 minutes - so no saving unused spots like some resorts. I’m an early riser so always got my favorite cabana that we occupied until mid afternoon. Many guests/owners had beach chairs and umbrellas that they took down to the beach in front of the property. There was a beach umbrella in laundry room but didn’t see any chairs. Checkin was easy and Sally provided good instructions. The cab drivers still don’t recognize the property as Aria Ocean so we always told them Aqua ( former name). Mega and LaComer are a 15 minute walk away for grocery shopping. Also an Oxxo is located 5 minutes away in front of Reflect Krystal Grand. This property is a good value and located on a great beach.

With 24 hour security, we relax knowing no one is allowed in without being cleared. Floor to ceiling glass panels that open up completely. We love to have the choice of relaxing by the pools or the beach without having to drive anywhere .
