- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- a TV screen.

Please note that there are several bars and restaurants close to the building.

## Neighborhood

The flat is located in the historic centre, in a lively street located directly in fronton the port. You will be able visit the coast on foot or by bike very easily. Guarded by the Chaîne tower and the Saint-Nicolas tower, the Vieux Port has inspired many artists. After strolling along the quays, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty alleys of the old town. Renaissance patrician houses and old half-timbered houses follow one another. The many small shops in the pedestrian zones and the streets lined with arcades have everything to satisfy shopping enthusiasts. At last, thanks to the transports nearby, you will easily discover the Ré Island.
