Notice of Resort Improvements posted 8/28/26: Building E Concrete Restoration Project. Work is scheduled to begin on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 3 to 4 months to complete. Included work: concrete spalling repairs, building painting, window resealing and waterproofing and related exterior restoration work. What to expect: periodic use of jackhammers and other construction equipment, construction noise and dust, lift equipment will be used and workers performing repairs in close proximity to windows and lanai. Please note the following stacks are in Bldg E: 17, 18, 19 and 20. (Stack number = the last 2 digits of the unit number)
