Kanai A Nalu #311 is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It's located on the 3rd floor, centralized in the middle of the complex. The ocean view is absolutely fantastic! Unit 311 has a fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, Cable TV/DVD, and free Wi-Fi. There are ceiling fans throughout and an air conditioning room unit in the living room only. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, while there are two twin beds in the guest room that can be converted to a king upon request. The living room of Kanai A Nalu #311 features a Westin Resorts brand sofa sleeper.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Kanai A Nalu is an oceanfront property located right in the heart of Ma'alaea Bay. From your lanai you will enjoy the an unobstructed ocean view, with postcard sunsets. In the winter you will enjoy amazing shows put on by the Humpback Whales right in the Bay. The complex is located in the Maalaea Village where you are within walking distance to The Maui Ocean Center and Aquarium. The Village also has shops and fabulous restaurants. Here you are able to book your trip on either a whale watching excursion, fishing or snorkeling trips. The kids will enjoy the fact that the complex is within walking distance to the Mini Golf and Sports Park. The resort has a gorgeous oceanfront pool, gas grills, and is just a 2 minute walk to the white sand of Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach is one of the longest continual white sand beaches in Hawaii and is perfect for those who enjoy long walks on the beach. The sounds of the surf, the panoramic views and the amazing sunsets are some of the most spectacular in the world.

The condo was a good location for getting around the island, the beachfront was washed out & unusable..but a short walk down the beach was good. Not close to any restaurant which required our rental car. Condo was well equipped with extras..beach chairs, snorkel, towels, tp, soaps. We would definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described.This location was perfect, found coffee , ice cream and cute little pizza place 1/2 mile away. We were central to the island so it was easy to travel anywhere we wanted during our stay..The condo was clean and well stocked which made cooking very easy. Definitely a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very well furnished and clean. We especially liked the fact that we were in a prime location central south on the island. This made it easy to get to the west side or the east side tourist locations in about an hour both ways. Having the harbor nearby was also a plus for cruises and boating activities. The aquarium is down the street as well. If we had anything negative to say it would be that we wished it would’ve had a mini split air conditioner instead of one single window unit. Additionally, it would’ve been better if they hadn’t had the window air conditioner on a six hour timer. Having to wake up six hours into your sleep and turn the air conditioner back on was kind of a little bit of a pain.

This was perfect!

The apartment is exactly as described. It could not have been cleaner. It was blissfully quiet. The mattress was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I meant to let the management know that the under cupboard light next to the stove is not working. But such a very minor quibble! I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Wailuku!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us - oceanfront and just steps to a miles-long beach. The condo unit was well- stocked with kitchen supplies and equipment, making it easy for us to prepare breakfast each morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and beach towels, amongst other beach supplies to use during our stay.The property manager was so friendly annd welcoming! We really didn’t want to go home. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return in the future! Mahalo!welcoming!

Family vacation

It was a great stay at this property. The ocean views were amazing, the kitchen was very well stocked, there were plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were helpful. The beach is just a few mins walk from the property. Overall a great place that worked out perfectly for our family vacation.

Great Location!

Enjoyed the stay. Just the lack of continuous internet connectivity and availability of TV was not great! To clarify, we need internet to make bookings which was problematic! The location is really good and ground staff was friendly .

Month in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this unit was adequate, but could use some upgrades & a deep clean. The living room and lanai rugs need replacing. The bathroom floors need a deep clean around the floorboards. The glass in the master bath is permanently water stained. I would replace it & put a squeegee in there. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well with plastic type leftover containers. I went to Target & bought some. There were only 4 butter knives (we had to request more) & the sharp knives were really dull. The sliding glass door really sticks & the screen kept coming off the track. We called to have it fixed once & my husband fixed it the last time. The biggest annoyance was the WiFi kept going down & the the TV in the master bedroom wouldn't work. The staff at Maui Rentals was great & took care of everything we requested very promptly.
