Just blocks to historic downtown with charming restaurants and boutique shopping. Spacious 1800 sq feet of living space with 3 bed/3 full baths with 2 master suites. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Enjoy some downtime playing a game of pool in the swanky game room or take a ride into town on our cruiser bikes. RIO VISTA is situated on the banks of the Arkansas River just 3 blocks from historic downtown Salida. Whatever the season, there’s a ton to see and do in Salida. Skiing at Monarch (just 30 minutes away), tubing or paddle boarding down the river, soaking in the nearby hot springs, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, premier fishing, art, and music festivals and so much more. Salida is a dog-friendly, family-friendly (well, heck...we're just friendly) town and you'll feel like locals right out of the gate. STR License #0772

If you are planning on bringing your pooch, please let me know in advance. There is a flat $50 fee per dog and will send you the payment process. We LOVE dogs and want your friends to come with you but we do have a limit on how many and how big they can be. Please contact me in advance.
