This 5-bedroom 4 bath home can comfortably sleep your family and friends. A quick walk to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and Nubble Lighthouse.

The minimum rental on high season is one week and renters BRING YOUR OWN LINENS.

As you enter the house the living area, with cathedral ceilings and coastal décor will take your breath away. As you gaze out the wall of windows, overlooking the ocean, you never want to leave. Off the great room is a library room, offering an abundance of books, games for the kids and a window seat in the sun, great for an afternoon siesta. The media room is off the great room, cozy nook for reading, watching one of the DVD's or using our PlayStation.

The modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, is well stocked for all your vacation needs. From cooking a traditional lobster dinner to a strawberry shortcake desert. The granite countertops, breakfast bar and ample cabinets will guarantee you will enjoy your mealtime prep. Complete with all your cooking basics, Keurig, drip coffee maker, full knife set, blender, pots and pans The dining oversized table in the dining room wile provide hours of family bonding time. Or eat and cook on the gas grill on the deck.

There is a laundry room and another bathroom on this level.

From the deck you can also access the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, oversized couch, Roku TV, a private bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Downstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. Bedroom number two has a queen bed and a day bed with a pull-out trundle day. Bedroom three has a king bed and 2 bunk beds. Bedroom four has a queen-sized bed and bedroom number five has a queen sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed.
