This beachy 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house can comfortably accommodate 10 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twins in the 4th bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while you are at the beach in this wonderfully decorated beach house that offers 2 spacious living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 kitchens, 5 TV'S, Wifi and full size washer/dryer. The ground level resembles a mother-in-law suite with 1 bedroom w/private bathroom, full kitchen w/eat in dining area, living room and a screened in patio with table & chairs. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa & covered balcony with outdoor seating.

This private home is just .2 miles from the ocean. You can make the quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for convenience. Enjoy the outdoor tiki bar and BBQ area or outdoor swings. Located in the popular Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach, you will be in close proximity to all the must see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions and shopping that our area has to offer!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Beach and gift shops were within walking distance and any other attraction was within 20min drive time. Would definitely come to stay again and definitely recommend.

It was big enough for. Just a little disappointed the yard was not mowed. I couldn’t take our Granddaughter out in the backyard to play. The grass was a little high. Other than that everything was good. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Great for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything is as pictured online. Walk is not bad to beach and is close to grocery store and good places to eat. Neighborhood felt safe. Yard is just big enough to let the dog out but otherwise useless. Many of the tvs did not work because they were ancient and were not able to process the firestick streaming services. Atleast one remote was missing from downstairs tv. Basically we could get only 2 tvs to work which isn't a big deal anyway. Grill worked pretty good and wasnt too dirty. Screened porch screening on doors was ripped up when we got there which we didnt use anyway. Firepit was smashed and rusted out so basically is useless. Both the firepit and the screened porch are something we hadnt planned on using anyway so they did not affect out vacation. Overall would recommend especially for this price point.

House was in poor condition. Very hot upon arrival, many broken things, grass unmowed, not very clean, many lightbulbs out, and inadequate kitchen supplies. Was in nice neighborhood near beach, we did like the location.

Barefoot Turtle is a great house close to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was chosen first for the dog policy which was a welcome option for dog lovers (more than one dog that are 50-55 lbs). It is a close walk to the beach and they should also advertise close to public handicap access. I had 2 people with canes and this was a nice surprise to see how close the handicap access was, a board walkway with about 7 steps and then a blue matt without steps was right down the street. The house is decorated very tastefully, love the retro, rustic beach theme. My only recommendation was the limited silverware, bowls and skillet. We cook a lot and just felt limited options, especially when the house sleeps 10.

Great stay, easy walk to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very spacious and we had plenty of room for my family of 6. It is a very short walk to the beach. The lowest level was pretty much its own apartment and had a lot of privacy. You have to go downstairs and out the lower level screened-in porch to access the yard for pets. The AC was very cool and comfortable. It had plenty of amenities. We cooked most nights and kitchenware was well stocked. Most rentals have more pantry items but they only had salt and pepper. You have to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, trash bag and hand soap. They only supply 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for the week and they give you these tiny little bars of soap for washing your hands. The bathroom towels were fine, hotel grade for sure. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, this is a great place and we would return. It was really roomy and so nice to have enough room for me and my husband, 3 kids and 2 of their friends. The house is tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable; the listing says they are queen size, but they're actually all double (apart from the 2 twin beds).The yard, particularly the back yard, could use some upkeep. But we didn't spend much time back there. Everything was clean, which is really important to us. Thank you for a good week!

Cozy cottage

Had a great time. the cottage did need some love and care . Had a few things falling apart screen doors and dresser drawers and the gate needs a new latch. But it’s was nice and a great area and close to the beach

Nice beach house

Cute beach house with lots of room. But!! Upon arrival we found the upstairs living quarters had lots of black dog hairs all over the beds & had to wash sheets & blankets before using &sweep & vacuum the furniture & floors. But!! Access to the beach was wonderful.would stay again if they would make sure it was clean!! We fished, kayaked, played on the beach & had my Grands & Great Grands plus our small dogs ( we keep off beds & furniture) Turned out wonderful…Betty Oct 2024

Great Place!

Had everything we needed for the days we were there. Only a short walk to the beach! My dogs loved the back yard and also to sit on the upstairs deck. Looking forward to staying again!

Spacious and dog friendly

We had a great time staying at the Barefoot Turtle. Very clean, plenty of towels and lots of space for everyone. It’s an older beach home but is exactly like you see in the pictures. The kitchen has what you need but aside from salt and pepper, you have to plan on bringing spices etc. There is a huge grocery store within walking distance, but an Aldi’s less than 2 miles away which is more reasonably priced.
