The house features air conditioning, a dressing room, a fan, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, central heating and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 4 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 4.99€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 50€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
There is a nest of storks that can be seen 800m from the property at the amusement park, zoo le pal, where walks are possible just under 10km from the property. There is also a canal behind the property, as well as a bicycle path of about 40 to 50km. There is an extra bed available in the property.
