3 BR in a beautiful resort, super clean, great beach, Sleeps 8

This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

Great location with a lot of shops, restaurants and activities along South Kihei Road, all within walking or short driving distance. The facilities were clean. The strong A/C was welcome since December was quite warm and humid.

The Worldmark is a great facility. The pool was nice, unit was clean and well equippd and staff were professional. Very close to a great beach and we like Kihei although it was busier than last time we came to Maui.

Our family has the best memories at this location. The beach is just across the street, food and ABC stores are walking distance. The best sunsets and so many whales. We are in love with Maui.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Condo adequate for our group of 6. Easy access to plenty of towels etc. Great location, beach across the street, shopping etc very close. Only issue was internet which wasn't working for 2-3 d of our week.

Great trip

We went for my son’s wedding. We had 8 people staying. It’s was the perfect place. It was clean, roomy, and very accommodating. Close to the beach and many other things. The pool was relaxing. The only thing disappointing is the hot tub…it was too hot. Could not sit and enjoy it.

Best Beds

World mark delivers again. They have the best beds! The kind that have you in Maui and not wanting to get out of them. The grounds were well kept, the room was nice. I don’t remember an extra Murphy bed in the living room being part of the listing. But that was a bonus. Great location and easy parking. Only reason for 4 stars at check in was because our room wasn’t ready when check in arrived. All in all, very pleased. Mahalo

Size and location

Great size of unit for a family of 5. And loved being right across the street from the beach. Kihei is a nice relaxed town and was easy to get around. We didn’t use and of the pools or gym but walked by them and they looked nice. Pool seemed busy but gym was quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. We would come back in a heartbeat.

That Beach!

We spent 8 days on Maui and never wanted to leave! The location of this condo was perfect. We went to tons of places all over the island but near the end of our trip we discovered that we had the perfect beach right by the condo! We spent our last two days right there. This is the perfect location. The condo is super clean and very comfortable. The host is very attentive and quick to respond. The condo management is on top of keeping the place beautiful and responds quickly to all needs. Honestly! It was perfect!

Christmas in Kihei

The condo unit was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The resort is cozy and well-maintained and steps from the beach as well as a nice shopping and restaurant district. We had lovely ocean views from our unit. There was a bit of construction noise in the neighborhood, but overall, a pretty peaceful location and definitely beautiful surroundings. One suggestion for the owner is to make sure the unit is stocked with the correct number of towels & pool towels for the size of the party renting. We only had 4 sets upon check-in for 6 people, but we easily obtained more by visiting the front desk. :-)

Perfect for family trip

We stayed in a 3BR unit with 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4). The set up was great - the couple took the master suite and the family of 4 took the two rooms in the back. The 2 twin room had plenty of space to push the beds aside and use two toddler beds or travel cribs. Pool was great for the kids - though the actual kids pool was very cold the first few days. The beach (Kameole 1) across the street was great and had awesome sand and gentle waves. It was good for boogie boarding (adults) splashing, and snorkeling (south side rocks). Location was close to lots of little restaurants, convenience/small grocery stores, and little shops. Each room has own AC to control temp individually.

Excellence stay with a couple of hiccups

Overall good stay only problem is Jacuzzi didn’t work for most of day after multiple complaints by me another guest they finally fixed it little disappointing because something I enjoyed doing every night night manager suggested he had complained multiple times but the pool guy kept insisting it was working But it was not way too hot and very dangerous also requested a bottom floor because I had an 18 month old and a three-year-old and they put us on the second to top floor not very convenient but I guess I understand first come first serve hope it didn’t bother the people below us

Paradise Retreat

Took a 4 generation family vacation with ages ranging from 91 to 2 years old. The property was fantastic. The pool and the toddler pool were incredible. The place was plenty big enough, with the Murphy bed being in a good area that doesn’t impose on the living room. Air conditioning and Fans worked well. They have this amazing drop off location by the pool where guests leave things for they won’t take with them, so it’s super beneficial and helps reduce waste. We got some beach chairs, beach toys, and some food items that we used throughout our stay. 9 am and 8 PM are the best times to go. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fairly well equipped ( could use a wok type pan ), but has all the basics for what you’ll need. The only issue we encountered was with the wifi ( which is third party ) where is kept saying we had 8 devices connected, we only had 6, so having to call and deal with the issue took a bit away from the stay ( the fix only lasted about a day and a half ) Would highly recommend the property for anyone considering the stay

Excellent stay. Rooms are comfortable (solid AC’s in every room, beds and sheets are comfy). Food trucks, ABC store and beach within walking distance. I will be staying here again in the future!

Nice property right across from good beach and close to others. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We had a nice 3-bedroom unit with a view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Good place for families

Unit 5108 Was Perfect.

Check in went smoothly. Property is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. We were assigned unit 5108, building five, first floor. This was the perfect unit for our group as the handicap parking was super close for Pops and the pool was right outside our door for the kiddos. From the lanai, we had an ocean view. Inside the unit, everything was also perfect. There are 4 ac units and all worked well. The unit had a solid kitchen, washer and dryer. The murphy bed was very comfortable. I am pretty sure everyone slept well since they are all still sleeping! The food trucks right along our street seem to be pretty popular. We enjoyed Kinaole Grill Food Truck. Mahalo!

Worth the stay

Ram into a hiccup but the host fixed it right away. We had 2 rooms that accommodated the whole group. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as the soap provided for laundry.

The host always replied our messages within 5 minutes, great communication! Our stay was great, everything is as listed. I just wish we had a vacuum in our unit to vacuum the carpets throughout the week, but everything else was great!

Wonderful location & comfortable stay

We had a great time staying at the WorldMark in Kihei. It’s nicely located right across from the Kamaole Beach. Walkable to ABC Store and a short drive to nearby grocery stores. The suite was clean, spacious, & comfortable with a nice size kitchen. The pool was heated, has plenty of space for lounging. We had a group of 8 with kids & everyone enjoyed their time. Something to plan ahead is the resort doesn’t provide hair conditioner. If you plan to do some cooking, you may need to get stop by the store to get cooking oil, sugar, & other ingredients that you may need. The kitchen has tiny jars of salt & pepper, small packages of seasoning like red pepper, dried basil, garlic, & onion. Check the guest donation box located by the backside of the pool before you head to the store, you may be able to many lightly used useful things there.
