With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathroom - 6000sf, there is PLENTY of space for large groups to spread out and be comfortable. When you arrive at the home, you will first notice the sound of the rock waterfall situated at the front entrance. You will enter through a first set of gates to experience the lavish landscaping and grand entrance to this magical retreat. At this point, get prepared to forget all your worries and enjoy some much needed R&R. As you walk in the front door you will immediately lose your breath as you look out the large windows to see miles and miles across town. The home is thoroughly furnished with tasteful decor that will delight you the moment you walk in! The HUGE upper deck patio is AMAZING!!! This is a great spot to be to enjoy outside dining with friends and family or just hang out and relax with a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee.

There are TV's in all the bedrooms. There is a Large game room downstairs with a 75" TV for that Sunday football game and is just steps away from the INCREDIBLE outdoor living space. Plenty of patio seating and space for playing outdoor Ping Pong, Cornhole, Ladder ball, Jenga, Giant Connect 4, etc.

After spending a beautiful day on the golf course, throw some steaks on the outdoor Grill and enjoy your evening in the gorgeous Heated Infinity edge pool and Hot tub overlooking the Golf Course and the Western city lights. There is plenty of Star gazing to enjoy while relaxing around the outdoor firepit!

The very large kitchen is a towering rock masterpiece - fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal at home. Top of the line appliances provide an upgraded cooking experience. It contains a Wolfe Gas stove, sub-zero refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Heating drawer.

The home has a very large Owner's Suite on the main floor with a comfortable King Bed, TV, Sofa, and loveseat. The bathroom has a jetted tub which overlooks endless views of the Superstition Mountain Range. The bathroom has his/hers vanities and his/hers closets.

The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has hallway access as well and a separate exterior entrance from the front entry way. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is large closet with an iron and ironing board.

The 3rd bedroom on the main floor has a double (bottom)/twin (top) bunk bed alongside a twin bed and an XL twin bed - great for kids room, but adults are also welcome too. There is a jack/jill bathroom attached to a 4th bedroom with queen bed. Each of these 2 bedrooms have private sinks and closets.

Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms each with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. They each have doors that exit to the back patio and overlook the Pool area.

There are 2 additional Rollaway beds that can be placed a variety of locations.

Downstairs there is a large great room with 75" TV and couch/loveseat (fold out to a bed)/recliner. There is a smaller TV with XBOX and games for the little ones. There is a full size pool table. And, a dining table that seats 4. This is also a great spot for an afternoon poker game. There are cards and games to be enjoyed.

The pool is the perfect place to be on a hot summer day or enjoy the LARGE hot tub during the cooler winter months. ***The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $250/nt fee ($800min.) OR heat the spa only for $100/nt.

- There are 2 sets of washer/dryers - 1 set upstairs and 1 downstairs.
- Garage and Driveway parking available. Street parking allowed during the day only.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

There are several restaurants including: Rosati's Pizza, Wahoo's, Waffle On Inn, The Prospector, De La Cruz Mexican Grille, Gold Stallion, Chen's Chinese Bistro, Subway, Domino's Pizza, Jack in the Box, and Bashas' local grocery store only 5 minutes away as well.
