This one-of-a-kind 5,000 sq. ft. single-story desert home was designed around breathtaking views of the Superstition Mountains and expansive desert landscape. With 12-foot ceilings throughout, this home offers an incredible sense of space and serenity, perfect for nature lovers, families, and groups seeking a peaceful getaway.
Nestled on two private acres, the property also includes a separate casita next door, which can be booked together to accommodate up to 28 guests (the main home sleeps up to 24 with 19 beds/2 sleepers). The casita rents separately but may be added for an additional fee—please inquire.
You’ll enjoy nearby hiking trails just a block away at Lost Dutchman State Park, with local lakes and Old West ghost towns just a short drive down the road. This is also a highly sought-after location for guests attending events at The Paseo Wedding Venue, though this home is not a wedding venue and cannot host events.

Each room is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style, with expansive windows to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings.
There’s a dedicated yoga room, listed as a gym on Vrbo, featuring space for meditation, yoga, and a massage table. Please inquire if you’d like to use this wellness area during your stay.
The home is well-equipped to accommodate larger groups with host approval and additional fees. Please reach out to discuss group size before booking.
Pool heating is available for $50/day and must be booked for your entire stay with advance notice.

Guests have full access to the home. Please note that garage spaces and the primary bedroom closet are not accessible.

Additional Guest Policy
The nightly rate includes up to 16 guests. If your group exceeds this number (maximum capacity is 24), each additional guest will be charged $25 per night, regardless of the number of nights they stay. This must be approved in advance.

• If you plan to have additional visitors beyond those listed in your reservation, you must request approval prior to booking.
• We are committed to maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Any violation or complaint may result in a fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.

Required Fees
• VRBO Property Damage Protection ($79) is mandatory for every reservation.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is $75 per hour. Unapproved late checkouts will incur the same fee.

Liability Waiver
By booking this property, the guest and all parties included in the reservation agree to the following:
You voluntarily release, indemnify, and hold harmless all current and future property owners, affiliated companies, managers, agents, and individuals responsible for the property from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, loss, or death arising from or related to your stay. This includes use of the home, pool, amenities, and surrounding land. This waiver applies to all guests and visitors and excludes only cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
House Rules
• No smoking of any kind inside the home. A $995 fine will be charged if evidence is found.
• No pets allowed.
• No food or drinks in bedrooms. We aim to keep our rugs and linens in excellent condition.
• Do not use bathroom towels for makeup removal or cleaning—this helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Garbage must be taken to the curb the night before pickup (Sunday & Wednesday). Trash is collected early Monday and Thursday mornings.
• Please respect neighbors and the adjacent casita.
• Noise complaints will result in a fine equal to one night’s stay ($995).
