Enjoy relaxing in this homey and dog-friendly retreat! Kick back and relax in front of the gas fireplace, and cook up something delicious in the full kitchen. Younger guests will enjoy playing in the enclosed yard, and there are board games for everyone to enjoy together. Central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable. The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's clothing so that you can explore the area on your own schedule without waiting for your gear to be ready.

Every bedroom in this home is on the second floor, so you won't hear the noise from everyone staying up late in the living room. Head up the stairs and you'll immediately come across the main bedroom, set up with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The second bedroom is just down the hall and features a queen bed. A bathroom down the hall (featuring a shower/tub combination) can service the guests sleeping there, as well as the guests in the final two bedrooms at the end of the hall. The third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth features a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Pagosa Springs Golf Club is just one-and-a-half miles from this home, making it a perfect pit stop for guests who want to spend time on the links. Enjoy meeting animals from around the area at the Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, nine-and-a-half miles out. Treasure Falls lies just under 19 miles away for guests that want to venture out a little further. The Opal Lake Trailhead is just over 26 miles out from the home for those who want a more challenging hike.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
