We stayed mid-July. As a family of 6 with mixed opinions about the beach :), EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. The location was perfect, as the beach was not over-crowded. We were close to many restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores. Everything was clean and we all fit comfortably! You won’t regret booking this one!

The property is in excellent location, very easy access to a beautiful beach as well as places to go and eat. The condo didn’t have many amenities except for the pool, but the unit was very much like the pictures and accommodate our family of 5 with 3 kids very well. It was very clean and welcoming, specially the games, which came in handy for the stormy days we couldn’t do anything outside. Overall excellent experience and would definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful family trip for our 4 young kiddos. The beach/ pool access was perfect. Even though a tropical storm was ending, the beach was still a shallow area to play in. The beach is officially public, but was never crowded and had lots of space to play and swim. The condo itself was very nice. The bathroom showers might need updates, but with the amount of sand at a beach, tile can wear out quickly. All appliances are updated and kitchen flat wear & utensils were nice. We will happily rebook again.

We had the absolute best trip! We have loved Destin for years but was new to this condo! Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful staff at the complex and management company! We will be back next year!!

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and looked exactly like it does in the photos. The view of the beach was great. Anything we needed to cook was already there. 10/10 recommend!

Great location

Very clean, updated condo with amazing beach view and easy beach access. Loved the central location near good restaurants. Highly recommend this condo to anyone.

amazing beautiful property

The condo is beautiful and the property is very nice. We love the balcony looking at beach and ocean; even got to see dolphins from there. Very peaceful place to stay and relax.

We loved our stay!

The property is in a great location on the beach! It's not a far drive to awesome local attractions. The room was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family trip! I'll definitely book again in the future.

Great family getaway!

We got to spend a week at this great condo! Beds comfortable, convenient location, love the views of the ocean throughout the day and night, kids loved the swimming pool! Love the beach chair service provided and the locker with sand items for us to use! Great family time and would definitely come back!

The property was very impressive. Clean, up-to-date, beautiful decorations.. Very convenient to beach. Loved that it included 2 chairs and umbrella on beach., Would love to stay here again.

All that we had hoped for!

This condo was a wonderful getaway for our family! It was well-stocked, clean, and inviting. The view was amazing and the beach access was so easy. The beach itself was quiet, clean, and beautiful. We would love to return next year.

Destin vacation

The condo was beautiful. As described in the listing. It was very clean. The setup was perfect. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Pool was great. Property managers were prompt with answering questions. We would definitely come again. If you are staying for any length, bring extra necessities (TP, garbage bags, paper towels,etc).

Wedding get away!!

Do to Covid and family’s being out of the area it was very hard getting our dream out of the country wedding! We got married on Friday headed down to the beach after it was perfect to spend time with loved ones on our special day! Y’all made it easy and had a home touch that was absolutely perfect!! Thank you! I have already recommended this particular location to many fiends and family!!

Family Beach Gathering

The Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The way the building is situated on the property gives every unit a good beach/water view. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Negatives: The pool is nice but a little small to handle everyone and needs umbrellas desperately. We left a couple items in the unit and I notified the management company and they were not helpful at all. Very disappointing.
