Log Cabin Luxury in this professionally decorated getaway. With 1000 sq. feet of covered decks, views are unsurpassed of Mt. Le Conte and Smoky Mountain National Park. Located in the Black Bear Resort Community we are just 3 miles from Gatlinburg and 3 miles from the Arts and Crafts community.
Enter in the first floor and you are greeted to our great room which soars 20 feet with floor to ceiling wall of windows facing Mt Le Conte. There are two bedrooms on either side of great room. Each bedroom has a king size bed with private full bathrooms, private deck access, in room music and tv.
The great room has 12 person dining table, an island bar with seating, living area with queen sleeper couch, and the first stone gas fireplace, and 65" tv.
The house features built in music entertainment in every room of the house including the two decks, each with separate controls, Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your family cooking. Our full length covered deck is steps away with 12 person seating rockers and a swing.
The first floor living area features 65" flat screens with surround sound and programing for streaming whatever you like, including free Netflix and Spectrum for cable channels including local ones. The kitchens open concept and eat at bar caters groups and good conversation. Outside is our stone patio with large table and park stile grill.
Downstairs you enter our game room with the second fireplace, a sectional sleeper couch, full size pool table, a 60 game console, foosball coffee table and second refrigerator and a 75" tv with surround sound,
Off the game room is our second full length covered deck with 8 person hot tub, seating for 12 and a dining table.
There are two bedrooms either side of game room each with king size bed and have their own full size bathrooms and private access to the deck, tv's and in room music. Our laundry room is near by. The game room seating are area love seat and sleeper couch face the 75" tv with surround sound and second gas stone fireplace.
Emotional Rescue is located at the top of Black Bear Falls, we are over a thousand feet above the community pool. Tucked in a private drive there is ample parking. A True log lodge with soaring beamed and trussed Great room with knotty pine inside and large D-log construction. There are two HVAC systems for those groups wanting there different temperature zones. Wall panels is each room allow for music on decks, bedrooms, great room, game room and master bedroom. Memory foam king beds in all rooms, upstairs bedrooms have shower/bath, downstairs bedrooms have showers. Stacked laundry room off game room. Whole house security and resort has 24 hour camera surveillance. With 43 acres and only 100 Log homes Black Bear was built saving its trees, and is well maintained with full time maintenance staff. Outdoor eating and cooking with large grill and large table for outdoor enjoyment. Play Pac-man, Centipede, and 60 more on cocktail table game console, play foosball on our coffee table game. A full size pool table and access to hot tub and full length deck with table and chairs to watch the night lights of Gatlinburg while you soak.
