Fantastic location, great customer service!

Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, ands more beaches! The ocean view over the golf course was beautiful and made for awesome sunsets. The management staff were excellent as well, great communication before check-in and then very responsive when any issues came up. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Big Island first timer

Nice quiet location, pool was very handy. Some nicer towels nice and better spatulas for the nonstick pans. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and comfortable for 4 adults. A little more lighting or larger bulbs would help in the bedrooms and living room/dining area and luggage stands would be nice!! Mahalo!

Great location

The location was perfect for us, close to everything, but away from the fray. The view is wonderful and if you have children the pool is close. The air conditioning doesn’t cool the main living area and it was very hot.

Fantastic place!

This place couldn’t have been better. Super clean, well-equipped and fantastic location just on the edge of the busy Kona area. The property management support team was incredibly responsive when I accidentally locked myself out. Meals on the lanai and evening sunsets overlooking the golf course. Can’t be beat! I would definitely stay here again!

A terrific place in front of golf course and ocean sunset views

Great size and layout, level direct access from private parking, no common areas to traverse (Covid safe), quiet, awesome vista off deep balcony terrace, two full bathrooms, awesome privacy with excellent solid very well equipped and provided, half hour drive from airport, 15 minutes from Kona centre and 20 minutes to awesome Two-Step beach to the south, highly recommended

Comfortable, clean and location!

We really liked this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, quiet and we loved waking up every day to the birds sing (we even saw a chatty flock of parrots) while we had our coffee on the lanai. The pool is very close by, it was clean and so was the hot tub. The location of this condo worked well for us because we like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Kona town. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo & Property...

My husband and I were so happy to find that this beautiful condo was available and booked it for a month. Unfortunately, my husband had to have emergent surgery and was unable to fly for a month or so post-procedure. The owners and management have been incredible to deal with and I am so grateful that we will be able stay at the condo later this year. We have stayed at Country Club Villas before and absolutely love the property and area! I really enjoyed the sunsets, the pools, and the feeling of community. Again, we are so very grateful to the owners and management! Looking forward to our stay, even if it was a little postponed! Thank you again!

Great place but…

It’s such a cute place but the furniture is very old and crowded. The view is incredible. Had some service issues which were somewhat rectified.The biggest issue was the incessant amount amount of noise from the upstairs unit. Not a fault of the unit itself, but feedback nonetheless.

Perfect condo in Kona

A perfect place to celebrate a birthday with family. Great kitchen, and comfortable living room. A grill on your own lanai is the best, and big comfortable table to seat for. Comfortable beds also. Didn’t even need the air conditioning. The hosts were wonderful and the goodies such a nice welcome. We were delighted with the beautiful print you gifted to my husband for his 70th birthday, complete with a hand-written note. We will return for sure. Mahalo! 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍

Excellent Property!

The property was as described. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare some meals and breakfast on the lanai was terrific. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets, three uncrowded pools and a quiet location. A little noise in the morning from the golf course maintenance, but that is to be expected. I would highly recommend this property,

Loved it here!

Beautiful, clean, updated condo with all the amenities you could need with full appliances, cook/dishware, etc as well as beach mat, chairs, and umbrella. The views are so pretty and we loved all the windows/natural lighting. We ate breakfast/drank Kona coffee daily on the lanai, and the views are unbeatable. It's on the main level, so getting to the parking spot is easy and convenient. The location is great, right off Ali'i Drive, and we had easy access to some of our favorite spots (Two Step, Downtown Kona, many beaches, etc). We will definitely stay here on future visits to the Big Island and would highly recommend!
