Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside, and you can pull the room-darkening shades closed to keep it even cooler. Guests can make use of the shared fitness room and the seasonal shared hot tub and pool during their stay.

There's so many attractions nearby, you may not know where to start! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just three miles from the condo, and Grotto Falls is just five-and-a-half miles out. Pigeon Forge lies eight miles away, with the famous Dollywood just under 10 miles from the condo. Shoppers will enjoy being within 12 miles of the Tanger Outlets at Five Oaks and within five miles of the great Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Loop. History buffs will love the Titanic Museum and the Hollywood Wax Museum (both within 10-and-a-half miles).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
