Cozy, spacious, connected townhouses, 8 bedrooms, seven and a half bath just 2 blocks from the hustle and bustle of Main Street and 3 blocks to the Park City Town Lift. Home is on the bus route, with easy access to Deer Valley.

Why stay at a hotel when you can have all the luxuries of home? Amenities include 2 eight person hot tubs, 2 fireplaces, 2 full kitchens, 2 cozy living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 sets of washer/dryers and free wireless internet and an incredible steam shower and hot tub, perfect after a long day on the slopes!

First Level includes nice living room with full kitchen and dining area. Living room includes HDTV and home theater with CD/DVD.

Main Level includes a second living room with full kitchen and dining area. Second living room includes 50" TV and home theater with CD/DVD.

Master bedroom includes a king with private bath and balcony. Second bedroom includes king bed with private bath, third bedroom includes two queen beds. Fourth bedroom includes bunk bed. Fifth bedroom includes a king bed with private bath, Sixth bedroom includes a queen with private bath and the Seventh bedroom contains two single beds and a full bed. Eighth bedroom contains a King bed.

Also, large porch with two hot tubs, mountain views and BBQ grill!

The place was nice and accommodating. It had plenty of air conditioners to cool the rooms. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs, so it was a little more difficult for some of our older guests. We had slight issues with one garage door, and the jets in one hot tub not working, but other than that we loved the location and proximity to downtown and found the place to be very comfortable.

Great Stay!

Plenty of beds, 2 great hot tubs, owner was quick to address any issues.. bus stop across the street for coming, and 1 minute walk up street for going.. else a very comfortable walk to downtown.. (actually walked to town lift in 5-8 minutes when we didn't want to wait for bus!) Definitely a lot of stairs, but not a big deal!

Wonderful for large families

This property was close to everything- skiing, Main Street, tons of restaurants. I wouldn’t consider it walkable to these places, but only because of the Main Street it is located on; it is definitely only a couple minute drive so very close. There are a lot of stairs, so it may be difficult for older members of your family or babies, but otherwise the layout is nice to spread out with plenty of room. We had 18 people and were able to sit together in one living room for Christmas morning (although that was a little crowded ) The kitchen had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to questions. The only thing it didn’t have that I wish it did was a Christmas tree since we were there over Christmas, but otherwise it was great!

Memorable

We were overall pleased with the facilities. Just a few little things were quickly corrected. Could have used a broom & dustpan. With the snow piles it was barely manageable to see well enough to pull out of the parking lot. Took us a while to learn how to adjust all the room temperatures.

Major safety issues

hazards included Entry and back deck uneven, broken double pane window with glass particles outside on deck, window well not safely protected by plastic cover as it was missing, someone could have fallen in the well area, smoke alarms missing in some rooms, front door lock could not be locked from the outside, keurigs not working, refrigerator doors not closing properly, bathtub didn't have non slip strips, bathroom sink didnt drain properly, kitchen window springs broken, so it could not be opened without closing down on itself, window coverings not working properly, all windows dirty, pillow case had lipstick stains, comforter had stains on it,

Amesome house with great location!

This house was the perfect location for our ski trip, we loved it!! We easily fit 12 people in the house, and had so much fun steaming in the hot tubs outside!! We enjoyed the hot tubs at night, watching the snow with trees everywhere, and then the living rooms on the same level were perfect for watching movies and relaxing. The house is split but joined by the living room and porch floor (4th level). First level is bedrooms, next level up is another bedroom and bathroom, next level from there is kitchens, then porch and living room next level from there, with more bedrooms in level above that. Each level is one staircase (not too big). This wasn’t a problem for us, it gave everyone plenty of room and was nice to have two kitchen areas, each able to accommodate 8 people. There are a lot of stairs in this house, so just be prepared to carry it all up / walk up and down throughout your stay - would not recommend for anyone elderly or disabled. It was not a problem for us, and the fridges are nice and big and kitchens have good dishwashers. The bottom floors have nice big bedrooms but no bathroom on those levels, just an fyi for planning who stays where. They can be chillier but both rooms had great heaters so was not a problem at all. It’s a nice, quiet area with beautiful trees that’s super close to town - some of us walked to town, or it’s a 5 minute Uber. Super easy. Highly recommend booking this place, perfect for a group of friends or big family trip!! (No grandparents)

Solid place for a big group, easy walk to town

We had a really good time. The location is amazing- steps from town. And it slept a lot of guys- we had 20. Everyone had a bed, though some of those were top bunks. The house is middle of the road in terms of finishes and furniture but that's what you would expect from a giant house like this. It had all the stuff we needed. The 2 hot tubs were great. Big and hot and worked great. Check it was a bit haggard. The door codes in the VRBO greeting were outdated so we needed to call/text with the owner a few times to get it squared away. But he was very responsive and we got it sorted quickly. Suggest you confirm all that stuff AHEAD of arrival. Similar issues with clear communication about how to handle the trash and get extra TP (it was in the garage with another incorrect code in VRBO materials-- owner quickly got us the right info) Wifi was in and out but worked when we power cycled the router. Bottom line-- big, convenient house, well situated, plenty comfortable, responsive owner. Can't expect more when looking for a big house for a big group. We'd rent it again. Thanks for a fun time.

Nice place if Iloilo like steps

Nice place needed soap some lightbulbs burned out a larger gathering place for the number of people we had would’ve been nice more chairs would’ve been appropriate to put up as needed didn’t know there would be so many steps good location near downtown as well as other activities

Great property for large groups. Location is good for skiers and non skiers. 5 minute walk to downtown. City bus stop right across the street.

Excellent trip, would highly recommend.

Great time staying here. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a close proximity to main street. Hot tubs were great, as well as the fireplaces!

Convenient SUNDANCE home for LARGE groups.

This house was incredibly convenient for anyone with a large group during Sundance - or anyone who wants to ease of walking to Main St. etc. It has the basics in each room and everything you need in each kitchen. Jon was very easy to reach for issues with the hot tub - our main TV issue never got resolved but there were plenty of other TV's to use instead. There is a lot of walking up and down stairs to keep in mind for anyone on the older side - although there are bedrooms on the main floor. You do need to walk through a different apartment complex to get to this main home in the back but as long as stairs aren't an issue - it does give you more privacy. Overall a great trip and a wonderful place for large groups.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being just 2 blocks to Historic Main Street, it's very easy to walk to dinner or some entertainment. We are locals, so we can provide any dining recommendations and can often secure difficult reservations during busy times of the year.

During the winter, it's just a short walk to the Park City Town Lift or you can easily catch the free Park City shuttle to Deer Valley or The Canyons. We also help all of our guests with discount lift tickets, which can save quite a bit for large groups.

It's so close to everything that you don't really need a car, but there is also plenty of parking if you decide to get one anyway.
