Our townhome is particularly quiet and peaceful because it backs up to a wooded mountainside of protected open-space. There is no looking out at a bunch of other condos, just a view of evergreens and aspens!

THREE BEDROOMS, each set apart from one another, offering privacy for multiple couples or families. Each bedroom has a king bed with a “W Hotel” mattress and has its own bathroom. The master has a spacious bathroom with heated floors, a jetted tub looking out onto beautiful views, and a large, glassed-walled shower. The walk-in closet is big enough for a pack-n-play, which is included. Both of the other bedrooms also have twin-sized daybeds with popup trundles that can be converted into king beds!

It opens into the kitchen and dining room. There is room for 8 at the dining room table, and another 4 can sit at high-top stools at the adjacent bar.

BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances. It is stocked for people who like to cook, with plenty of serving dishes, place settings, and wine glasses. Both a Keurig and drip coffee machine are provided, as are K-cups, sweetener, and to-go cups. Common staples are also provided.

FANTASTIC OUTDOOR SPACE is right outside the great room. Step through the sliding-glass door onto a beautiful, tranquil deck. There is a PRIVATE 6-person hot tub and a propane grill for you to use.
