This luxury townhome has an excellent location, contemporary style, and great layout.

CONVENIENT LOCATION, less than a mile to downtown or the base of Deer Valley, and right on the free bus route. Our townhome is particularly quiet and peaceful because it backs up to a wooded mountainside of protected open-space. There is no looking out at a bunch of other condos, just a view of evergreens and aspens!

THREE BEDROOMS, each set apart from one another, offering privacy for multiple couples or families. Each bedroom has a king bed with a “W Hotel” mattress and has its own bathroom. The master has a spacious bathroom with heated floors, a jetted tub looking out onto beautiful views, and a large, glassed-walled shower. The walk-in closet is big enough for a pack-n-play, which is included. Both of the other bedrooms also have twin-sized daybeds with popup trundles that can be converted into king beds!

OPEN LAYOUT is great for families or getaways with a group of friends. The living room has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a remote-control operated gas fireplace. It opens into the kitchen and dining room. There is room for 8 at the dining room table, and another 4 can sit at high-top stools at the adjacent bar.

BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances. It is stocked for people who like to cook, with plenty of serving dishes, place settings, and wine glasses. Both a Keurig and drip coffee machine are provided, as are K-cups, sweetener, and to-go cups. Common staples are also provided.

FANTASTIC OUTDOOR SPACE is right outside the great room. Step through the sliding-glass door onto a beautiful, tranquil deck. There is a PRIVATE 6-person hot tub and a propane grill for you to use.

OTHER AMENITIES include a commercial-quality boot warmer & ski/board racks, a wine cooler, high-speed wireless internet, large-screen HDTVs, cable, TiVo, Blu-Ray DVD, Chromecast, and Wii U game console.

PRIVATE FOUR-CAR GARAGE is great for multiple families.

Family Ski Trip

Property was very clean. Location to town and Deer Valley was excellent. A few issues with checking in but owners were quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Clean and roomy. Perfect for our 3 couples. Description and photo s were accurate. Easy access to bus line and ski areas. Fast and easy communication with owner/manager Hank. Lovely place to stay.

Fantastic Family Ski Location

This property was great! Location to Deer Valley was very convenient. Everything as described on the description. Nice family sitting area looking out to wooded area with warm fireplace was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. A quick trip to the slopes or downtown Main Street area. Kids loved the multiple charging stations available for their electronics and more than adequate room. Loved this place and will absolutely consider for our next ski trip!

Beautiful Townhouse in Fantastic Location

This property is a real find. Beautifully appointed in a prime location in Deer Valley. Walk to Ski area or to Main Street. Free bus also stops right at complex. Townhouse is stunning and has all the details thought through by the owners. This is a property I am planning on renting again during ski season and is one I would recommend unconditionally!

Park City Ski Trip

Very nice place with great location in Park City UT. Very close to Deer Valley. Free bus system was easy and close. Owner was easy to get in touch with when needed. Washer broke while we were there and he did everything he could to get it replaced. The unit had pretty much everything someone would need. All in all this was a very nice place, 3 bedrooms all had king sized beds all had their own bath.

Perfect location in Deer Valley Resort

Loved the property location (1/2 mile to town of Park City, 1/2 mile to Deer Valley Ski Resort) right on the free shuttle line to both. We actually walked to Park City several times (less than 15 minutes) to enjoy restaurants, shopping, sites. The town house was extremely well stocked for a traveler's every need (the best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed in!), the beds were all super, super comfy, each of the three bedrooms had a king sized bed with ensuite bath, TV and comfy plush robes. The house was clean with modern furniture and ample space for our group of 7. The hot tub is maintained weekly. There is a ski boot/ glove warmer. The gas fireplace easily turns on with the flick of a button (so no dragging wood in and waiting for a fire to light). Our host/owner was very communicative, kind and super helpful. As an FYI, this property has a full flight of stairs to reach the first floor (where the combined kitchen/living room/dining area and one bedroom are located) from the garage level. The master bedroom and third bedroom are one more flight up from that. There is no elevator. This property is absolutely stellar for adult couples/groups.

Best of the best

My family has stayed in several VRBO properties around the US and this is one of the best places we've stayed. It is immaculate and furnished in a very comfortable and pleasing way. The layout of the bedrooms (each with its own en suite bathroom) is perfect for families or groups of friends and we appreciated the addition of the daybed/trundle beds in two of the bedrooms for little ones. Every detail has been thought through and they have provided any amenity one could want. Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys and books provided in one of the bedrooms along with the Wii system in another. Bath salts were provided for the master bathtub. The kitchen was large and adequately supplied with equipment (including K cups!) so that we could eat a couple meals "in." The free Park City shuttle bus stop is nearby and we took it into Main Street for a festival, avoiding parking hassles. Perhaps the best part of this property is the experience dealing with the owner. From the time of reservation all the way through our stay, he was in contact with us and catered to our every need and question. You can tell they want to make this a memorable experience for their guests and we were not disappointed. We felt like we were staying as guests in someone's exquisite home rather than renting a property. Highly recommend!

Deer Valley Ski Trip

The home was very comfortable and convenient to the Snow Park Lodge. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well-supplied with cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware. The open layout provided a lot of room for our party to spread out; taking advantage of the large dining room table and the long countertop that had barstool seating for 4. We used the hot tub every day after skiing and it was delightful. We either walked to the slopes or took the bus that was available just down the hill from the unit. When stocking up on groceries we returned using an Uber because of all the bags that we had to carry. Otherwise, walking or riding the bus were the preferred modes of travel.

Great Deer Valley Condo, with all the amenities!

We just had a wonderful week in this beautiful Lower Deer Valley condo. It's a short walk to the free Park City bus service, which we used to get up to Snow Park Lodge (to ski) and down to Park City (to shop and eat out). Very comfortable lodging for 2 families plus kids (3 kings and 2 twins, all very comfortable for sleeping). The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook family dinners (pots, pans, cutlery, spices), and we especially loved the cozy den and gas-fireplace. The private hot tub was awesome also! We loved how the condo was very private (with views of the snowy woods out back) despite being attached to other condos on both sides. Loved the boot warmer device in the garage -- they've thought of everything! Great communication with Hank when needed; very friendly and very helpful. Overall, we would happily stay here again -- and the skiing at Deer Valley was perfect as well!

Great place and convenient to everything

This was a great fit for our 2 families. Well stocked with plenty of cooking oils, spices, pancake syrup, shampoos, hair dryers and robes which were essential for getting in and out of the hot tub. We had some issues with the entry codes but the hosts were accessible and we worked out a solution. WiFi worked great, super easy access to both Park City resort and Deer Valley. The boot warmers in the garage were a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again.

Christmas in Deer Valley

The Mellow Moose is a great place to stay while in Deer Valley. It is right on the free Park City Bus route making it easy to get to either Park City or Snow Park in a matter of minutes. The condo is well appointed and spacious. We had plenty of room for the 3 couples. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our trip! We made good use of the hot tub and there is even a gas grill. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas trip!

Incredible place for an incredible trip!!

My friends and I had a post-pandemic reunion in Park City, UT and absolutely loved staying at this place!! It’s well located (within walking distance of Main Street), very spacious (for our party of 6), and has both a smart TV and hot tub! Additionally, the property manager is amazingly responsive, responding to any questions that I had within the hour (including permitting our group an early check-in and late check-out on short notice, which was so helpful given we were flying in and out at different times). I really recommend this place to others who are visiting the area, and I hope to be back again sometime in the future!

Most well appointed VRBO rental we have ever stayed at

This property was truly the most well appointed VRBO rental that we have ever stayed at. There were chargers for various electronics in every room, a well stocked spice drawer, a warmer for our ski boots. Every detail was met. If we had any questions, Hank was just a phone call away. We will definitely stay again when we return to Deer Valley!

Excellent Deer Valley Townhouse

Fantastic place to stay in Park City/Deer Valley. Spacious and cozy, it’s better in-person than the pictures. We stayed there with our family of 5 and had plenty of room, could easily accommodate a group of 8-10. Kitchen is large and packed with everything you could need to cook meals each day. Large dining room table. Comfortable living room couch with large TV with Apple TV. Great gas fireplace. Hot tub is just outside the back door, fits 5 people comfortably. Kids loved it. Private hill behind the house, very quiet and peaceful. BBQ grill on deck. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Luxury shower in the master bathroom. Large walk-in closet. The owners have thought of everything - they have games, fans, extra bedding/pillows/robes. Ski boot warmer in the garage! Location is perfect to walk to Main Street or Deer Valley resort. Hank the owner is super responsive. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a luxurious Deer Valley vacation! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. One note for large SUV owners: the garage is great, but tall SUV will have trouble clearing the door. Large SUV with ski rack cannot fit in the garage, but there is parking outside.

Clean, modern and convenient location

We were 2 families and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t stop raving about the cleanliness and how well equipped the house is. The house is well kept and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable and even the kids room had some books and toys for the littles to play to unwind. The owner were well responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back to this house in the future. Don’t think twice. The house is right between Main Street and Deer Valley resort.

Terrific vaca in this beautiful and well located condo in Deer Valley!

The owner was incredibly responsive to my pre-trip questions and upon arrival we were all "wow'd'" with the spaciousness and well appointed nature of his home. We especially appreciated the luxury resort like amenities such as robes in the closet (much needed after the hot tub in January) as well as a fully stocked kitchen and "charging stations" throughout the house for all of our electronics. We cannot wait to return!

Great stay!

Perfect summer get away. Home is as pictured, no surprises. Location is excellent...15 minutes walk to Main Street, Park City and same to Deer Valley chairlifts for hiking trials. Kitchen is well stocked. Hub tub a definite bonus after a day of hiking. Deer grazing on the hill right behind the home gave us photos to share.

Our family loves to spend time together, entertaining friends, and playing in Utah's great outdoors. This Park City townhome is perfect for such gatherings and fun activities, and we are happy to share it with you. When you rent our townhome, we will treat you as a guest and do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

We live in Salt Lake and can thus respond quickly if you need to call us directly. We also have a 24-hour manager on call, so you can rest assured that if something goes wrong, we will make it right as soon as possible!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The location of Stonebridge is perfect: We felt that a ski-in, ski-out place would be great, but far too isolating. We wanted to be able to walk to downtown Park City, but love that we can take one of the frequent and free city-wide buses from right outside our complex. Our favorite ski resort is Deer Valley, and being on the east side of Park City means that we have a VERY short, 2-minute bus ride to Snow Park Lodge... no sitting through Park City traffic on powder days!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with our townhome specifically because it sits back from the road and right up against a forested mountainside. The secluded woods right outside our window and back deck are part of a protected open space and really give the sense that you are luxuriating among the aspens and evergreens. The unit is super quiet, warm, and cheerful. We love entertaining and sharing our space with friends and family, and here we have the perfect blend of privacy and openness.
