Cute place on the beach

This was an awesome place to stay. Beautiful views from the front room, comfy beds and good water pressure. We will definitely be back to stay again !

We loved our stay here…cozy cottage feel with everything we needed! The owners made us feel so welcome and gave us some great recommendations for dining out. Perfect location for relaxing by the beach

Family Vacation

Perfect location and incredible views from the property, especially the sunsets! Alex and Deb were wonderful hosts and very welcoming not to mention very responsive. Looking forward to another visit to this home. Thank you Alex and Deb!

The property was very comfortable, quiet, lwith ovely views and beach, Extremely accomodating, kind and attentive property owners granted our every wish, gave us great tips for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had a wonderful vacation! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay!!!

I honestly have nothing to say but great things about our recent trip to PCB. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and even welcomed us with a little gift basket. The location is absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back!!! :)

Beachfront bungalow

Cute bungalow right on the beach. Nothing fancy, but all we needed at a reasonable price. Host was very hospitable and responded to our needs immediately. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic Property!

Best Beach Access and View

Old Florida charm at its best! Bungalow was very clean and the hosts were courteous and thoughtful. This rental has the most convenient and simple beach access. A wonderful view and the beach here is gorgeous! We were here when you’d expect tons of folks for spring break, but the beach wasn’t crowded. We’ll be back!

Beach View Amazing

We loved this rental. The beach was amazing and Alex was so friendly and very helpful on anything we needed. He sent text’s to make sure everything was ok through out our stay. Restaurants, ice cream shop all available to walk to. A great relaxing week of sunshine and beautiful views. Can’t wait to rent again..

We had a nice stay. The owner was very helpful . Great view of the gulf. The place is laid out well and there is easy access to the beach. The place was very clean . The deck was very nice. We even saw dolphins one day. Not many of these one story rentals left in Fl..

Beautiful view

Exactly like the pictures. My group and I were a little nervous based off recent reviews of the property. Having never been to FL we did not realize there are Water bugs everywhere! The property does need some updates- beds and washer/dryer, but overall not bad! Alex was phenomenal and his recommendations were spot on! We had a great vacation, and would love to visit again!

A beautiful view.

This property gives a beautiful view of the Gulf. It’s an older property but in good repair and clean. We used bottled water as the water from the tap was sometimes rusty. We used our own swing chairs but there was outdoor furniture supplied. This is next to a public access path to the beach but we weren’t bothered by the traffic, although we were a bit off season. We enjoyed a spectacular sunset every night and we organized our day doing so.

Great view

We stayed 7 days and other than the weather being a little cool it was a great stay. The bungalow was close to shopping and stores. The furniture could use some updating. I did have to go buy a couple of hot pads, big non slotted spoons, and mixing bowls for the stay, but no big deal there. We did have a problem on our last day there with the tv in living room, but Alex was quick to respond and get it taken care of. The chairs outside we had 2 that broke on us, but no fault to the owner just saltwater deterioration. Over all great place would stay again just for the view and closeness to everything.

Perfect beach access!

We loved our stay at this sweet little bungalow on the beach. The owners who live next door were amazing hosts - lots of great recommendations for the area, thoughtful touches like snacks at the house and even a beach delivery of cold drinks one day, and warm and caring hospitality throughout our 6 day stay. They are lovingly renovating this gem of a space and anyone that stays with them is benefiting hugely! The older bungalow is split into two sides and we stayed at Tom's East, the east side of the house, which was charming and just right for our beach vacation. It is literal steps to the ocean, with a private path down to the beach and a sweet little shared backyard that has a patio with a table and chairs and the most GLORIOUS view of the ocean. The view is almost as perfect from the sun porch/living room area with huge windows looking right at the gulf. The beds were comfortable, the sheets soft, and we loved waking up to the glimpse of the ocean and knowing we had only to brew some coffee and walk outside to revel in the beauty of another day at the ocean.

Special getaway

This beach front bungalow is clean, offers lovely views, and is very affordable. It is actually much more spacious and sunny than it appears in the photos online. The best feature is that on this tiny stretch of PCB with fewer highrise condos there are far less people on the beach. You will have no trouble finding a spot in front of the duplex right on the water. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level is so easy. The owners live next door, so any questions or concerns are immediately dealt with. They are friendly and helpful but not at all invasive of your privacy. One helpful comment: be aware that to keep this unit affordable, some staples such as condiments, toiletries, paper towels, etc are not provided. There are more than enough stores in the area, though, for purchasing those items. Enjoy your stay! We certainly did.

Great location, but that’s it

The owner is passive aggressive, I say this in anticipation of his comments. He blamed us for the tv’s not working, he blamed us because the cheap shower faucet broke. How does a 10 year over tighten it and break it? It was old and cheap. The pool on site was gross and smelled like cafe pee. There were roaches everywhere, kitchen cabinets, toaster and coffee maker. The sewer gas was horrible, and stunk up the whole unit. Location was great, the owner was quick to respond to our concerns. However, he was not very professional in how he talked with guests. We will be back to Panama City, but this property is a hard pass for us.

Older property with bugs

When we arrived we realized how old this building really was. The back of house had huge palemeto bugs crawling everywhere. The first night we seen baby roaches crawling up wall by coffee pot. The 2nd night we ordered pizza and found one in the box ( owner was contacted and he did reimburse for the pizzas) The owner did come and spray plus he said he had exterminator come while we were out. The 5th night my sister told me she felt something on her head at 2am. Her husband woke up and smacked a roach and got blood stain on her pillow case. The morning we left we woke up to a pretty big one on the kitchen floor dead. None of us could sleep good the whole trip and we were wore out. This place needs a little TLC. I was so disappointed in myself picking it out. The owner said he would give our money back if we wanted to leave but there was nothing to rent and 2 of us flew. It was a rough week.

the picnic table sits on a dune,. You have your own path to the waters edge, and last count it was 60 giant steps till you were splashing. The place is done in Blues of different shades and decorated, so you will feel and make it your home.
