Brought 3 13 year old boys to the beach for a quick getaway. The location of the condo was perfect, we enjoyed the pool, beach, and being able to walk to so.e of the shops. We would definitely return!

Best trip

The condo was spacoius. There was excelent security. The only bad thing was the parking garage was tite but still perfect

So happy that you loved the condo and had a great time. And the good thing about this condo is that the parking spot is on the same level which is level two. So you don’t have to drive all the way through the garage to get to the parking spot. We look forward to having you come back and visit with us again.

Review

The condo was very clean. We loved it. However, the parking deck was a nightmare and only being able to have one vehicle in the deck per room was ridiculous.

And yes, the parking garage is very crowded but luckily the parking spot for this condo is on the second floor, which is the same as the condo so no elevator issues and you only have to drive to the second floor in the garage. Glad you had a great time and we look forward to having you come back and visit.

Beautiful property

This is a wonderful place to stay for a family of 4. The amenities and location are perfect. Overall the Condo was very clean minus the sofa sleeper that had many stains and the decorative throw pillow on the master bed. They advised they were replacing. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed! Great pressure for the shower. Overall this place was wonderful.

If you’re looking for a great balcony, this is it!

This room was great and clean!! The balcony was HUGE! This was my first time staying on a lower floor, but it was so convenient. Being on the second floor, we were able to take the stairs and never have to wait for the elevators! I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I wish was a little easier is the parking garage. The spots are super small, so we walked to lots of places (which isn’t a bad thing at the beach)!

Overall Great

This location is great. Great view of the pool and ocean without having to wait on the elevators. We just used the steps everyday. The only negative about this condo is it could have used a deep clean for sure. You have to get up around 8 am to get a seat at the pool. The location is great and walkable to a few places which is good because the parking deck is a nightmare. It was nice that the parking spot was on the same level as the room. We overall had a great stay and the owners were great with communication!

Shores is in a great location and is walkable to so many shops and great restaurants. It also has two amazing onsite bars/restaurants and the best pool deck in all of PCB. Great views of the water and sunsets. We hope you will come back and stay with us again!

Great second floor unit

We've stayed at the shores of Panama 3 times now and this was the best unit so far. Being on the second floor makes going down to the beach or pool so easy! And parking on the same floor makes coming and going so quick. When we stayed on higher floors in the past, the elevator and parking garage were so time consuming. This unit was also clean, comfortable, and the property manager greeted us via text and kept in contact in case we needed anything (which we did not need anything cause the unit was great!). I'd definitely stay in this unit again in the future!

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom/ sleeps 6 condo unit! It is a 1 bedroom with a bunk room. So my daughter and her 2 kids and husband were in a bunk room with a double bed on bottom twin on top. This was terrible. When we got there to check in we had 2 cars and were told we only had 1 parking spot the other place to park was a mile away and a extra 85.00 to park on a gravel lot and no way we could walk this far with all of our luggage. Also on arrival for check in procedure we were charged another 85.00 for our packet with out armbands. We were in the second floor so it wasn’t so bad,we were able to use the stair which were very dirty and smelled like urine,but the elevators were not working most of the time, felt so bad for the people that were getting there and had all their luggage and had to wait a long time with long lines to get on the elevators. The host was not very nice when I called to complain about the parking situation telling me they have nothing to do with the parking, explaining to me that we rented a 1 bedroom with a bunk room, this is not what we paid for we paid for a 2 bedroom and it was almost 4000.00 for the week! I can’t give this place anything but a bad review and we will never come back to this place! I believe her name was Farah and after complaining she did give us our money back on the parking and the check-in money because when we got there all the dirty laundry from the previous people was still there in bags on the floor disappointed

Hi Missy - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your vacation did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. While the second bedroom is compact, it is a true private bedroom with its own door, window, and closet. Our listing includes photos of this room and accurately describes the layout so guests can determine if it is the right fit for their group before booking. The $85 registration fee is required by the condominium association and is disclosed in our listing prior to booking. Likewise, because the condo accommodates up to six guests, the association provides one parking pass, and this information is also clearly stated in the property description. We do sincerely apologize that the previous guest’s bagged laundry had not yet been picked up when you arrived. As soon as we were notified, our housekeeping team removed it promptly, and we refunded your cleaning fee as an apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the elevators and common areas are maintained by the condominium association and are outside of our control. We understand how frustrating those issues can be and appreciate your patience. We always strive to provide accurate information and excellent service, and we’re glad we were able to reimburse both the registration fee and parking fee as a gesture of goodwill. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

The folks on property were so rude…after arriving we didn’t realize we couldOnly have one vehicle and had to park the other one 2 miles over and pay for parking, paying for parking was not the issue as to we would have paid for it at the complex to stay. My daughter in law parked at Walmart, came back and the car had been towed, after being there an hour. Cost 200 to get the car back..

Could have been a little cleaner.

Nice view, odd smell when you walk into the unit. Air fryer had not been cleaned after use so that was something we needed to clean before we could use it, along with the cooking utensils. Coffee maker didn’t seem to work properly but management replaced immediately which was great. Kitchen knives are dangerously dull. If the actual owners could address these issues it would be a fantastic stay at anytime.

Amazing condo- Pool Service was OBNOXIOUS

We had the best stay in this condo! It was absolutely gorgeous and there was no issues whatsoever! It was clean and unkept and we were let in early since it was ready! Our kids loved it there! The pool service was absolutely obnoxious! We had 4 chairs and as soon as one of us went swimming for even 5 minutes the staff yelled at us and wanted to take our towels and give our chairs to other people. They made you feel like you couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom without them taking your towels and throwing them in the lost and found! So disappointing!!

PANAMA BEACH VACATION APRIL 2025

WE GOT THERE ABOUT 10:00 PM CST WHICH IS 11:00 EST WHICH WE LIVE IN KY. WE WENT IN THE BED ROOM TO FIND HAIR ALL OVER SHEETS SO HAD TO IMPROVISE. THE SHEETS IN CLOSET DID NOT FIT BED SO JUST PUT ON BED AS BEST WE COULD TO HAVE A PLACE TO SLEEP. TUBS WERE DIRTY AND HAD HAIR IN THEM. TOOK ABOUT TWO HOURS CLEANING TO JUST BE ABLE TO SLEEP. NO CLEANING SERVICE WAS SENT TO CLEAN SO WE HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF OUR VACATION TO WASH SHEETS AND CLEAN CONDO. THEN THERE WAS THE MATTER OF PARKING, SECURITY WOULD NOT LET US PARK IN RESERVED SPACE BECAUSE OUR TRUCK WAS 12" TO LONG. SO THEY SENT US TO THE OPEN AIR PARKING ON THE 12th FLOOR. WHERE CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FELL ALL OVER TRUCK NOW GOING TO HAVE TO FIGHT THAT BATTLE TO GET TRUCK BACK THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE OUR STAY. JUST FYI SAME SIZE VEHICLES WERE ALOUD TO PARK IN THIER SPACES SOME EVEN HAD BICYCLE RACKS ON THEM. WE HAVE PICTURES OF ALL OF ABOVE FOR PROOF. HOST JUST SAID WELL I SENT YOU PARKING DIMENSIONS WHICH DID NOT MATCH SECURITY DIMENSIONS. THE WHOLE PROPERTY JUST SEEMED DIRTY VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!
