On the beach /west end. This townhome brings you the vacation you need with all amenities. Approx 2 miles from Pier park, Frank brown park with pools kid friendly activities .Walk out on the beach from back porch 1600 air Sqr ft .full Bedrooms upstairs & down it is a 2 Story 3 baths, At the Round about Y. Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers etc. umbrella table chairs on back deck. Watch the sunsets while grilling out. However there are reasonable pet boarding co. Near by. Step out from back deck to the beach. One bedroom has a king bed & 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and 2 sofas enough to sleep 6-8 w/ kids. This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar next door & Sand Bar across the street & Currently updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled. Cleaned with the Disinfectant . Grill and Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean in order to keep cool . Garage closed only with a code available by request during “BIKE Week” only. : Send message prior to booking & See member only deals. Garage $150.00 extra charge .Request special quote for any events etc.
The Tiki bar at the Hotel next door is open from the beach .Steps to the beach from this unit. Ez parking 3 spaces & located at the west end near pier park where 79 highway meets Front beach Rd - old Y round about by PCB City Hall which is the access to back beach Road. For backed up traffic. Minutes from all local restaurants Pier Park. Cameras for entrance for safety at . “Flip flops on the “Beachside Town homes” couch makes out to a full downstairs with Full bath .Each bedroom has full bath. New mattresses 2025

This was an excellent place to stay. Great location with Great views. Very relaxing area on the beach that was not crowded.Our family would not hesitate to come back. There could be a few improvements . The lighting on the back porch isn't the greatest and for a family with kids on vacation some plastic cups would be ideal to have in the cupboards. That's it the rest was amazing.

Greetings, Thank you and we hope to accommodate you next time. In regards to the Dim yellow turtle light on the back porch . This is required by the state law and is a 10k fine . The reason for this dim yellow bulb is because of the sea turtles so they can find their way back to the ocean after hatching . That is why I have the portable solar lights . However; I will try to find a portable yellow light to take in & out the back deck . Please be aware that the permanent light fixture that is there must stay a yellow turtle light . Also I sent you a 5 star rating and thank you for sharing this helps improve for our future guests . We hope to see you and your family again next time .

Straight on the Beach! Close to most everything, Pier Park, Walmart, several other stores within 2 miles. BBQ on the deck overlooking the Gulf. Beach chairs inside the dune on the sand. Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful! Spent 7 days, it was cold, but it was just So nice to be back on the beach!

If you’re looking for an awesome, clean place to stay directly on the beach… this is the place! We loved our stay and the location! Everything was very clean, beds are SO comfortable and I think they are brand new! Also so spacious!

I cannot give an accurate review of this listing as I did not stay here. The whole experience was a mess. My MIL booked the property and stayed there with my nieces. I received numerous texts and calls about not paying and not being old enough. I repeatedly tried to explain that I was in KY not Florida and my mother in law had proof of payment and was let into the property by someone that said they were the owner and showed them around. I have numerous texts from down e stating they were the owner informing the police was called and would be at the unit. The police never arrived and my on laws stayed the entire week. They did kit have any problems but I was certainly put through the wringer on Easter Sunday even after repeatedly saying I was not there. I did not reserve the room and they had the information of the person that did reserve. I honestly have no idea still what was going on and was afraid it was a scam since the unit was being occupied and I was being told the police were coming and they had to exit the premises immediately. It was a very strange ordeal to say the least.

This property was amazing! Step off the patio and into the sand. This property had everything we needed and more. The host communicated with us anytime we reached out. The location is right down the beach from Pier park where dining and shops are. Will stay again. Highly recommend! While we were there we had family photos done with Megan James Photography- highly recommend! Her photos are beautiful. If you get a chance go to shell island!

Look no further!!!

Great stay!! Just footsteps from the beach but still located around restaurants and many things to do. We come to Panama every year for the 4th and have always stayed at different places in hopes of finding one we'd like to return to ..I think we found it!!!

Family vacation

We were in love. It felt like a home, super close to the beach and a wonderful view. The beach alone was not crowded ever and you never had to fight for a spot. It was a quiet location and family friendly. If we come back to PCB it would be because of this house and host alone. She was truly wonderful

Wonderful location

Property was nice and clean. Check in was easy, door code sent 24 hours before check in. Location is great. Close to Pier Park and other attrations and restuarants.Could be up dated starting to show some ware. Sliding glass door very hard to open and lock.

This is my favorite rental property on the beach. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I like the rooms and the view from the den open to the kitchen and master bedrooms.
I really enjoy the convenience of being on the front beach Rd just 1-2 blocks from back beach rd easy access during the holidays .No elevators is a plus when it comes to luggage . I like the Two steps for entry . Garage for bike week for an extra charge .
Also Waking up to the sound of waves and the beach front dream view while on the beach on the back deck just steps away from the ocean.
It is located on the west end in a good area near the Police station .
This property has had many updates. Yearly always something new . Like the new grill So I stay when not rented so I keep it clean & see that it has regular maintenance.
Comfortable new mattresses & beds. I love grilling on the back porch on the beach.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I was looking for a beach front property for a while. After finding this one and updating the decor, it has been exactly what we always wanted. We love it when we are able to get down to enjoy it. it’s the beachfront dream while watching the sun . . It is by a local grocery store & Pier park .and the Frank brown park which had has pools and amenities for fun in the sun .1-2 miles away by Pier Park .

Sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise and shine morning to night is so beautiful sunsets on the on the water.
