Cute and cozy cottage very close to the water which our kids loved. Kitchen was well equipped and updated. We had a great stay and would come again.

The property is neat and clean. The cottage is close to the resort towns along the SW coast of Michigan. The private beach is beautiful and peaceful.

The property was perfect for three sisters on our annual Michigan trek. Although the weather was rainier than most of our previous trips, the house had everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was clean. Spent many hours on the front porch doing puzzles and reminiscing about our childhood. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was great for our family of 4 and you can’t beat the proximity to the beautiful private beach. Hailey was so easy to communicate with whenever we had a question and helped make our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here for a fun beach vacation!

The cottage is charming. Loved the front porch! We played games out there every night. Wildlife, deer, so close. Close to the beach. We had a great week!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice, spotless, and nicely decorated. It was in a great location, just a short distance from the beach. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. My family and my nieces had an amazing time, and the home was perfect for making great memories together. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place near the beach.

The space was bigger than expected and cute! The walk and stairs were challenging for older people or those with joint issues.

Sweet cottage in charming Lakeside, MI. 5 minute walk to the private neighborhood beach! Impeccably clean, excellent communication from host, perfect amount of space for a family of 4. We loved how open the kitchen is! The house is well stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and rolling cooler. We brought a wagon from home to transport beach supplies to & from the beach. Hailey was quick to respond to any questions & provided great detail about about the property. Easy check-in & check-out. Property is very close to downtown New Buffalo and other area attractions. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage!

Lovely cottage and stunning beach. It felt like a cabin in the woods, but with a gorgeous beach and cute towns close by. The beach access was beautiful. The house was adorable, love the set up. It felt clean and cozy. Only issue was they were dealing with ants, which I totally understand they were trying to take care of and is an issue just with the area, but would have been nice to have a heads up, as we ended up having to throw out our snacks, but we would have been more careful storing them if we had known ahead of time. The communication was very swift when we let them know. I’m sure they’ll get that taken care of soon. I would still recommend this place and would come back again!

Quick communication with owner, beautiful private beach within walking distance (does involve quite a few stairs, but it was manageable even with infants and our grandmother)— the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Very cozy shabby chic cottage in a twist location. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach (there are stairs) with crystal clean water. The cottage has everything you may need or want and the owner Hailey is a gem!

Cottage was very sweet. Charming vintage decore. Very clean and well stocked. Beach was amazing! Short walk, beautiful sunsets, not crowded. Wewill book again!

Sweet cottage, reminiscent of old school Lakeside stay! Great location, nice updated kitchen and bathrooms, everything you need for a beach vacation. We had a wonderful time.
