High End Wells Cottage Near Beach

This is one of the high-end cottages at Beach Dreams. It is located in Yacht Club, cottage #302. It has a different layout making it more spacious. You enter into the kitchen that flows into a large dining area. The kitchen has beautiful granite and a bar and white appliances. The stove top has a grill. The dining area has a large table with five chairs. You can also sit two people at the bar. The dining area has sliding glass doors that leads into the living room. This can also act as an extra private sleeping area as it has a queen sleep sofa with a new comfortable mattress. The living room backs up to the woods giving it a lot privacy with a really nice view. It also has a separate entrance. All these rooms have hardwood floors.

There are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a bunkbed and one twin. They both have wall to wall to carpet.

The bathroom is a full bath and has a tiled and a granite sink. The washer and dryer are in a closet in the bathroom.

The cottage is very sunny and bright. It is decorated so nicely with bright colors and comfortable furnishings. There is a gas grill and a private area to seat outside in back of the cottage. The A/C has been upgraded to Central Air. It has a great location in the Beach Dreams property. It is towards the front of the property with a short walk to the pool or the trolley out front. It is a private sitting area out back with a view of the woods. This cottage is the perfect place to make your vacation memories!

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!


Please note: The owners have a dog with fur. However, the cottage will be deep cleaned before any rentals. Linens and towels are not included.
