Still a lot of hurricane reconstruction on property as of March 2025, disappointed that the pools were not open, otherwise unit was clean, worked well for our stay.

The property was nice and clean. The owner had quick responses to all our questions. Thereā€™s some construction but it was well marked. The pool was closed, just awaiting an inspection. Guest may want to check with the owner before booking if you are interested the pool.

Inaccurate listing / heavily construction area

The property itself is still under heavy construction from hurricane Ian. Had to walk through all the construction area to get to the unit. The patio door is boarded up. Also the pool area is under construction as well. None of this is disclosed under the listing. So unhappy with this, that no one ended up staying here.

Property Grounds Not as Pictured

Unit is a studio, not a one bedroom as advertised. Owners had the unit clean and well stocked, but the complex grounds was a construction site. The pool and hot tub were not open, yet they were listed as amenities and pictured in the listing. Parts of the complex was boarded up because they are still fixing from the hurricane 2 1/2 years ago. Landscaping is not as pictured. A few trees are there, but the grounds are not attractive . The athletic courts were not open. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. When they get the grounds back, it will be a nice place to stay.

Beach & Tennis Club

Communication with the owner was great. All questions were immediately answered. Location near the beach was great. Not many options nearby to eat. There is construction on the exterior oft he building so there was some noise in the morning. But this was minor and being done for safety reasons. Eventually Bldg 4 will also be renovated for safety. September is a great time to stay here. Great weather and not very crowded. This was a perfect place for 2ā€™people for a long weekend.

Couldn't have ask for better accommodations. Everything was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Great location to Bonita Beach. Highly recommend this unit.

Amazing and convenient location

The location and price of this property was amazing and convenient. The check in process was a breeze as well. We enjoyed the many amenities- especially all the tools and foods in the kitchen, and the washer/dryer. Some things that were a little concerning was the little ants that were found in the apartment, especially walking up and down the wall by the front door. We were worried because they would come onto the counter too where we were preparing food. Another concern was when we first arrived, we followed directions from the app to find the temporary parking pass in the apartment, but there was none. We had to wait until the next morning to obtain a parking pass from the office and we were worried that our rental car would be towed. The owner let us know it would be sufficient enough to put a piece of paper on the dashboard with our apartment number and phone number. It ended up being okay and we obtained the parking park the next morning. The temperature knob in the shower is a bit finicky, but if you keep turning it, you should be able to get hot water. Thanks for a good place to stay while in town!

Great location, clean and convenient

We had a great time on our family vacation, this home is very conveniently located close to the beach and the pool is just downstairs. Quiet, family friendly community, and close to lots of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Spring break 2022

Overall we had a good time, just a short walk to the beach, we used the pool but the chairs and loungers were always taken an it would have been nice to have more chairs. The people were nice and it was very quiet.

Awesome and perfect place.

Pros: Location is excellent. Takes 5 minutes to walk to beach. Great restaurants Doc's and Coconut Jack's, 3 min walk. Condo group has a great restaurant called The Cafe". Ate 3 times for breakfast and lunch. Condo was well equipped. Owner had coffee and filters and other cooking items. Plenty of kitchen items like, plates cups and utensils. Great beach items, boards chairs and umbrella. The condo has pool right outside which is added plus. Only con is the coffee table was extremely heavy to move. We had our grandkids who slept on pull out sofa but it was struggle to move it. We will book the condo again if available. We loved it!!
