Our comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath 900 sq feet spacious apartment (sleeps 4) is just a 15 minute to Downtown Seattle where you get to explore the fabulous new (2025) waterfront promenade and park with Seattle’s great wheel, new aquarium and famous Pike place market. After the day exploring and sightseeing return to the well outfitted and comfortable apartment to unwind, relax, whip up a nice meal and plan your next day adventures.

Want nature? The Ballard Locks and Golden Gardens Beach—one of Seattle’s only sandy beaches—are just blocks away and perfect for catching a sunset or wildlife viewing. We often have the local orcas population swim by our shores, an exhilarating sight to see.

Living Area
After a day of exploring, kick back in the comfy living room seating and catch your favorite shows, movies, or sports on the 43" Hisense Smart TV (with swivel mount for perfect viewing). You’ll have access to many cable channels, including sports, news and local TV, and can log into your own streaming apps too.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Get creative in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all major appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender and dishwasher. There’s generous prep space on the butcher-block countertops, and you’ll find all the essentials for cooking and serving your favorite meals—including:

Kitchen Aid 10 cup coffee machine or French press
Regular and Decaf coffee provided, teas, sugar and creamer.

Pots, pans, and bakeware, dish and glassware sets x8, flatware, utensils, and serving tools.

Fun extras like a Magic Bullet blender, salad spinner, wok, springform cake pan, muffin tray, ginger grater, and garlic press.

Olive oil and variety of spices including salt and pepper.

Enjoy meals at the round dining table for four, or sip your morning coffee in the kitchen coffee nook for two.

The Primary Bedroom features a plush queen-size pillow-top mattress with soft organic cotton and linen bedding for your comfort. Bedside tables with adjustable sconces make nighttime reading a breeze. Convenient USB plug in as well.
Wind down with your favorite shows on the 32" LG Smart TV, and store your belongings easily in the dresser, closet, and luggage rack.

Need extra sleeping space? The queen-size fold-out sofa bed in the living room features an adjustable headboard, great for lounging or watching TV in bed.

If you need to do some work during your stay, there's a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair in the living room—fast and reliable Xfinity Wi-Fi at 600 Mbps keeps everything running smoothly.

Private Patio
Your own little outdoor oasis! The private patio features a comfy place for two with cushioned rattan swivel chairs and small table, ideal for enjoying a drink, a snack, or a good book while surrounded by greenery and fresh air.

The bathroom has everything you need—large walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and flat-iron.
A washer and dryer are available upon request to help keep things fresh during your stay.

Bringing your little one: We provide a travel crib, crib sheets and high chair for your little one.

Traveling with Your Dog?
We’re dog-friendly! Up to two well-behaved pups (under 40 lbs each) are welcome. You’ll have access to a small fenced-in side yard—perfect for safe, unsupervised potty breaks.
