Cozy 1 acre ranch renovated house w/ pool table and pool, located just 30 minutes to beaches, FLL, South Beach. There are pubs, restaurants, Hardrock Casino and Sawgrass mall. All just minutes away (grocery, movies, bowling, ice skating, etc) Cleveland clinic also 10 minutes away. BBQ and take a dip in the heated pool to shake off your stress while you overlook your very own lake with lucious trees. BBQ included. You can bring your pet for an add'tl fee too!

The space
This space is meant for rest, relaxation and fun for adults. Enjoy a space with beautiful pond and tree views.

Guest access
The house, the pool and the firepit area. During the day time, they can also access the open grass area with caution.

Other things to note

**No gatherings. Only booked guests allowed on property. We have security cameras on all four corners of property and at front door for security purposes. None of the cameras can view private areas such as home and pool area.

**Non refundable fee $75 per pet per booking to be charged at the beginning of the booking.

Hidden Gem in South Florida

We LOVED our stay at this property!!! We are a family of 4 visiting my hometown for the holidays to see family in the area. The property is in a great location with a large selection of stores/restaurants/entertainment close by and easy access to I-595 and I-75. The house was stocked with everything you could need. The heated pool was perfection. Beida was an amazing host and added personal touches to our stay. She put up a Christmas Tree for us and even had souvenir ornaments on the tree for us to take to remember our visit. The pool heater went bad right before our stay and Beida was on top of getting that fixed for us and on Christmas Eve too! She's the best. Her communication was top notch through the entire process and she was clear about providing a compensation if the pool heater did not get fixed. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be renting it again when we are back to visit! Thank you for a great stay, Beida!

Gorgeous and relaxing oasis

My husband, 6 year old twins and I stayed here for a week in March. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing home to stay at. The home is beautiful, quiet, and the perfect location. Having that natural ambiance around us, while still being so close to shopping, and the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The host was easy to communicate with and prompt with any questions we had. We’d highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great vacation

The property has a large yard and is basically fenced all the way around with the exception of the driveway. Plenty of room to park an SUV and full size truck as well as 2 boats. The pictures truly show the size and beauty of the interior of the house. Large open floor plan in the center, with 3 bedrooms. The pool area is fenced in and has a spacious deck area to relax and unwind while the kids played in the water. We will definitely be back in the area again and will want to stay here. Beautiful place.

Peaceful and relaxing

From the time we walked into the house we felt at home! The large yard was perfect and it was very secluded! The pool was a perfect temp but we did have the most perfect weather while we were there. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook great meals, as well as an awesome grill with lights! If your looking for peace and quiet in a secluded area this is the place! We will be back!

EXCELLENT GETAWAY HOUSE🌴

LOVED our stay! Very relaxing and private. Beida helped make this trip a breeze and she was very nice and helpful. Beida helped accomadate our Frenchie dog that is litter trained by having her litter box and pellets delivered to property before we checked in. Everything we needed was readily available at the house and the house location is very convenient with grocery store and a mall near by. Good size yard to lounge around and house was nice and clean. The pool is a good size and it’s kept clean. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to go back again :>

Beautiful Home - Relaxing Stay

Beautiful home, house had everything we need for our stay. Pool was very nice and grounds were peaceful. Homeowner was very friendly and available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Would book this home again.

Paradise

This home is gorgeous. All the pictures are spot on. We stayed a week here and loved every second. Very clean, very relaxing and a very helpful host. You won’t regret staying here!
