A five minute walk to the beach and steps away from Cape May s Historic District is this cool, comfortably chic 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath New Construction getaway, professionally decorated with CB2, Serena and Lily, Room and Board, and more. This home is high tech, with large flat screen TV’s in all of the bedrooms and state of the art eero wifi with huge bandwidth to handle all comers. Soft toned walls, with shiplap accents, a stone gas fireplace and beautiful coastal art photography make this one of Cape May s most sought after homes. Step inside to a large, sundrenched living room, complete with a massive sectional (with a queen sleeper), perfect for the whole crew to play games or watch the big Flat-Screen TV and a vintage tabletop two-player Pac Man arcade game. Further down the main floor, is a gorgeous kitchen/dinning/2nd living area. This gourmet-appointed, luxury kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for three, a wine fridge and a dining table for 10! The 2nd Living Room is complete with another Large Flat-Screen TV above the gas Fireplace, with sliding glass doors out to a covered deck with a ceiling fan and sectional seating to enjoy the beautiful backyard. A powder room is located in the 1st Floor Hallway. Upstairs you will find the private, spacious Master Bedroom featuring its very own balcony with comfortable seating, a King sized bed, a beautiful twin daybed, a large flat-screen TV, and an En-suite Bathroom, with double sinks, a large, tiled, walk-in shower and separate, giant jacuzzi tub. The Second Bedroom has a King Bed and Huge Flat-screen TV! The Third Bedroom had a Pyramid bed (Twin over Full) with a twin sized trundle underneath. The Fourth/Final Bedroom has a Queen Bed, with twin size trundle and en-suite Bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a Full Bathroom with tub and shower in the 2nd Floor hallway and a Separate Spacious Laundry Room with brand new high end washer and dryer in 2024. On-demand hot water means you ll never get a cold shower! The professionally landscaped Backyard has enough room for the little ones to run around, a Weber Gas Grill, an outdoor shower and Parking for 5 cars! And no need to lug everything to the beach, 511 Bank Street comes with its own locked beach box which is available End of May till Mid September. Also, there is a fire pit in the back yard with 6 Adirondack chairs. Cleaning Fee applies to all leases. Great location, great house.

Great house located in a perfect location. Only drawback were that the outdoor shower, mentioned in the listing, was not working and the outdoor hoses were not on. We didn't have any way to rinse off.

Perfect location

House was exactly as seen online. I had no idea where it was located but was so happy to find out it was within walking distance to downtown. Easily able to walk everywhere.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This house is gorgeous! My friends and I took a girls trip and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house was clean when we arrived. The front and back porches were perfect to lounge and the fire pit was great! The house is a few blocks from bars and restaurants which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great space, wonderful location!

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We sat outside and enjoyed the gas fire pit. When the WiFi wasn’t working, management quickly came to help. The Tesla charger didn’t work but everything else was perfect!

Amazing location and great house!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect house. The location is walking distance to the beach, town, and great restaurants. Would stay here again! My only comment to other renters is bring blankets for sleeping. We rented the linens as instructed but didn’t think to bring blankets. Everything else was perfect!

Cape may stay

Tastefully furnished and comfortable beach style house with a nautical theme and amenities for the whole family. The check in process was effortless. The utilities were great, and the space was designed for a family getaway. The washer dryer setup was convenient. Popcorn ma ch one was a great touch and a fam favorite. Two blocks from the Cape May Christmas parade and one block from the park, this place is the Goldilocks distance from all the great things this city has to offer. Will definitely be staying again

Family Birthday Celebration!

Gorgeous spacious home! The property is well equipped with everything you could need for a great get away! Open floor plan was wonderful! Perfect location; quick walk to local pubs, restaurants and shopping! The beach is just a few blocks away as well. We went off season (November) and were lucky enough to have perfect 70 degree weather. Most restaurants and shops were still open and the town square was bustling! All over, a fabulous weeked in a gorgous home! LOVED IT!

Great stay at the shore

Had a lovely stay with my friends in Cape May. We had a minor issue with getting into the property (the keyless entry battery was dead), but were able to get in touch with the property manager very quickly and within a few minutes we had a replacement battery and spare key. I was very happy with the ease and timeliness of communication. The property itself was lovely, which was especially nice since we had terrible weather last weekend. We stayed cozy with the indoor gas fireplace but were still able to take advantage of the grill in the backyard. The location was also extremely convenient, easy walking distance to all the attractions. I would definitely come back again.

Family Weekend

We came to Cape May with about 20 other family members scattered in 5-6 different houses. The house was basically brand new, neat and clean and well furnished. It was a little barren but still fine. This is the first vrbo we have stayed in where we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Luckily, we drove to the location, in the past we flew and only had carry on luggage, fortunately those homes had linens included.Luckily, we looked the night before at the contract and saw this.

Perfect location to unwind and recharge

I’ve stayed at three different homes in three different areas of Cape May, and this one is the clear winner. Its proximity to Washington Street made it the perfect location for shopping, hopping on the trolley or stepping out for a morning cup of coffee, and with the supermarket so close, we barely used our car during the weeklong getaway. Also, the beach isn’t far. My family was there in a matter of minutes for daily walks in the sand. Periods of heavy rain found us making the most of the home’s interior. The spacious and comfortable living room was ideal for reading and gathering for board games or a movie before the warmth of the fireplace. This home also boasts a second living room which our group seldom used because we were small in numbers. All bedrooms on the second floor made for a good night’s sleep. It was also very convenient to have two ensuite bedrooms in addition to a third bathroom off the hallway. Lastly, just a note for those eager to enjoy the home’s great outdoors. The fire pit is a nice bonus in a very quiet yard, but it’s powered by gas. Don’t make the mistake of bringing self-starting logs like I did. :-)

Perfect bachelorette house!

This was an amazing property with beautiful modern rooms and the perfect amount of space for 10 women for a chill bachelorette! The living spaces and patio were perfect for hanging out and everyone had a comfortable bed as well as plenty of bathroom space. Very walkable to the Cape May Main Street and beach/bars. Would definitely come back here!

Exit zero jazz with family

We had a lovely stay. The house is fantastic and in a great location. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance. The dish washer is a little tricky with upper and lower compartments. We could not figure out how to wash both compartments at one time. We were 6 adults. We hope to come back next year
