Primetime is a lovely beachfront home conveniently located in the Pier Park area. The spacious great room is nicely decorated and offers plenty of room for family fun and entertainment. The great room shares the breathtaking, panoramic view of the beaches with the oversized deck. The kitchen is well equipped and there are three pretty bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy family time in this wonderful beach house, a place you will want to return to again and again. Features include dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and TV with DVD.

Incredible beach..house..exceptional views...perfect for dogs and families..it is a very busy road but we travel with baby gates to help secure dogs from getting out the front of the house...the floor plan is very open which was great for my elderly father....we thoroughly enjoy our stay at prime time!

For the price we paid for cleaning is ridiculous. Dying roaches everywhere and the place has a stink. Toilets rock like not bolted down. Just overall nasty. I feel the cleaning costs I paid should be refunded.

This home was amazing! So much Deck space for the dogs and lots of chairs lounge around and even the house layout is very spacious. I love that the beach is literally feet away from the deck and it's a pet friendly portion of the beach also. There's access to all the restaurants grocery stores etc within 3-5 minutes. My mom and I absolutely love to here. We definitely plan to come back in the spring!

DOG BEACH - PERFECT LOCATION

Absolutely the best location! You literally step off the patio onto the sand. You have your own private walkway to the beach. Massive patio, which was so perfect for my fur baby! Four-minute walk to Pier Park. You are right at the only Dog Beach in Panama City, so it is perfect to walk your dogs out to. Beautiful view of the sunset too! Perfect family setting. We were nervous about the sounds from outside being in a busy area of town, but you couldn't hear the traffic at all inside the house, which was great. The only suggestion I have would be for the owners to get curtains for the bedrooms. It is always nice to sleep in on vacation and that was very hard to do with the sunlight coming through so strong in the mornings. Also, there is a streetlight shining in on the left bedroom. So curtains would be a great addition! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Perfect beach house for a dog family

This house was perfect for our family to spend Christmas at the beach. There was plenty of room in the house and the huge fenced back porch was thoroughly enjoyed by our dog, it even has a potty area. The views were amazing! We will likely stay here again in the future.

Fall break 2024

We really enjoyed the house. It was exactly like it was posted. We loved having a private walkway to the beach. It has more room than you would think. Like most places there are some upgrades that need to done. They really need to get a better grill for the house that is propane. That was the biggest thing for me because we love to cook on the grill while watching the sunset. Other than that we had a really good time and we would definitely rent this place again. I believe it would have been easy to to get in touch with someone but fortunately we did not have any issues that required us to call the office. The few people I did talk to before our stay were very friendly and helpful.

The best place to stay in Panama City Beach

I love how big the house was. Enough room for everyone. Everything was clean and we just love it. I will definitely be back.

Loved that it was right on beach and was nice having dog park next to it. It’s an older home, which I don’t have a problem with but could use some updates and a little TLC. Which is why I gave it an overall 3 rating. Meaning the ceiling tiles are pretty gross, the knobs in the showers have visible mildew/mold inside of them. There were cockroaches (very much alive)in the kitchen and dead ones in the bathroom and bed room. The floors could use a good cleaning. It’s obvious that the floors were only swept and not mopped as our feet were black from walking on the floors barefoot. Had to wear sandals in the house bc floors were so dirty. The deck is huge but really needs some shade because it becomes too hot for the pets to walk on midday. It’s what I expected except for the pests. Really need to get better pest control and clean floors better between renters. Home really has potential

Loved our stay!!

Absolutely loved the location!! Dog beach next door was awesome since our furbabies vacation with us! The house is an older house but didn’t bother us any!! Loved the huge deck!! But if you stay here with small dogs they can slip between the rails though.....but we travel with garden netting....because we run into this problem alot....so we just wrapped it aroumd the deck. The 2 refrigerators were very handy! Will definitely stay here again! Sunspot realty were awesome with communication!

Park your car - You won't need to drive!

You couldn’t ask for a better location to Pier Park, or for better “people watching” at the Dog Beach. Property would be great for a small family to enjoy the beach all day and come inside without worrying about ruining the floor or furniture. Living area is open and spacious. You are directly next to a public beach and a prominent bus stop. Deck is great, but would be even better if it was partially covered (we visited during a heatwave) and if there was a way to see the shoreline over the sand dune (maybe I’m short). Loved that the deck is completely fenced in, though. The kitchen is much larger than expected, and there are two refrigerators. The covered parking was a huge plus. SunSpot Realty is excellent – We will likely stay with them again.

Awesome Location!

Perfect for the beach and just a short walk to the Pier to fish and Pier Park. Dog beach was right beside us for our dogs. Can’t get any better. Perfect location.

Good but a lot of issues

There were a lot of pro and cons to our stay. A good thing was that it was within walking distance to pier park and the deck was massive. Some cons were the outside area had not been kept well at all. My father actually removed weeds with his hands so we could get through the gate and walkway from the house to the back deck. And the two showers shown were not able to be used due to not working. There was also trash and something dead within the huge weeds and the property does not show a picture of this in their ad. (I have pictures but there isn’t an option to upload) There were about 5 to 6 chairs that were broken on the deck that we were not able to use. Another issue was privacy. This was right beside the public beach entrance. Other people were using our beach access and with small children, makes this not so much a family friendly place. The house “smelt” clean upon arrival but we spent the first day cleaning up dog hair from the floors and washing comforters due to dog hair being all over them. With a child allergic to dogs, this was not ideal. Lastly, there were several cockroaches in the house. When we arrived home on Saturday one had made its way into a bag that was open and came out when we were unpacking it. This property could be so much better than what it was with more TLC and upgrades. Something’s we should have read up on more such as the public beach entrance being right beside of it and it being a dog home but is still no excuse for cleanliness.
