Surf Song is an Incredible Beachfront Villa that sits directly on the sugary sand of Panama City Beach. Home is approximately 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All 3 levels of the home have beachfront balconies with awesome views. Sleeps 20!

Enjoy sun-bathing or relax in the fabulous SWIM-SPA from your 500 ft2 deck. SWIM-SPA is a small swimming pool to cool off!!!

Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8 for your large groups to dine. Home also boasts garage parking. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. The relaxed life at the beach awaits!

Home is located just east of The Summit and very close to many restaurants: Schooner's Beach Bar and Restaurant, Montego Bay, Scampi's, Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 5-minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Boat Yard, The Treasure Ship, and much more. House is absolutely beautiful. No guests under 25. Parking for 3 cars MAX

The place is beautiful, great location, fast service for our small issues. There were 20 of us ranging from 88 to 23,Everyone one was happy. Do note there are stair to get in. We were able to lift granny and wheelchair, my bad for not asking wheelchair was new.our host couldn't have been better

Host was very accommodating. Our flight arrived early in the morning, we were able to check in a little early. The pool on the deck was great! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views from all the balconies. We're looking forward to another visit.

Getting up every morning from our 2nd floor bedroom looking directly at the gulf and beach was amazing. It is obvious that this house was built with entertaining in mind. The way the huge kutchen us laid out, the dinning area and the living room are perfect. The house has a bit of age but has been well maintained.if you have a large group but don't want to feel crowded. I recommend this house.

The house was good, however it needs updated pics. Microwave didn’t work, there is NOT a hot tub. I was looking forward to this more than anything!! There was not enough towels, had to wash towels everyday. We had a few roaches that tried hanging out with us as well. Other than that, it was an enjoyable time with great folks!

On the website shows pool and hot tub, there is only heated pool would have been nice for a nice cold pool to get into. There was mold in a couple of the rooms. Lots of dust throughout the house , kitchen floor tore up with rug covering it, couch and love seat and other seats in bad need of replacing. Not enough hot water for a 3 story house with 5 bathrooms. Outside of house is in need of repairs. The shower on the outside they so want you to use is broken and looks like it has been for a long while. Beds all need replacing, the steps to the heated pool have nails hanging out of it. All the decks are in bad shape , can’t sit on bottom deck when it rains cause the rain water from second deck comes right on you . The second deck when out on it feels like the boards are giving way same as the deck next to the heated pool. On the positive side the view was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook . Bar across the street was nice great crowds and no problems . Cobb webs in bathroom corners, tops of all flat surfaces was dusty shelf in one of the kitchen cabinets was broken or not installed right so we could not use . I have pictures of all my complaints to prove everything I’m complaining about is legit.

The house was the perfect size for us. Nice, clean and the host was very helpful and quick when needed. Great location to the beach. We had a Wonderful time.

It was a wonderful stay. Right on the beach and the rental was great. The only thing that was not great was the bar and grill across the street. It was loud music until 2am. I would still recommend staying at any of Ben’s Beach Rentals.

Family celebration

We had 19 people staying. Rooms was very nice and big enough for each family group. Lovely place to gather for the beach.

Pros: The house was ready early and we were given the code 30 minutes early. The size of the property was wonderful. The location was awesome!!! The beach was right out the back door. Having a place for the whole family to stay together was the best. Cons: Small hot water heater so cool showers when water runs out. We saw several waterbugs/roaches on all three floors. Small pool outside kicked out the breaker all the time and my son in law had to keep resetting it. There is a bar directly across the street with REALLY loud music open until 2am EVERY NIGHT. The living room furniture and the mattresses need replaced. The property cleanliness was ok, but it could really use a deep clean.

Everything we asked for

Owner worked with us on every thing we needed. Very clean inside and someone came regularly to check pool. Kids loved the pool. Easy access to the beach. Deck big enough for Hibachi entertainment.

Family tradition vacay

This was our second time staying here. It is the perfect house for our family that ranges in age from 4 to 80. We love the quite location on the East end. Love love love!

This house was exactly what we needed and more. The management was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We had 18 with us and we was not on top of each other at all. Lots of room and i am booking again next year!..highly recommend this property as it is the first time i have booked the same place twice.

This fit our family of 16 perfectly! Well stocked, and the perfect location on PCB. The little ones loved the pool in the mornings before our beach days started. Alibi’s bar across the street was a fun evening hangout. Already planning our next stay! One thing that could need attention is the toilet on the 3rd floor, did not flush well. Overall, we loved this house!

Best family vacation

Our family of 9 rented Surf Song in April. From the moment we stepped in, we were so happy with the accommodations. The house is literally steps to the whitest and softest beach sand ever. The photos are exactly as they are depicted. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We can't wait to go back to Surf Song.

BEACH VIEW GALORE

Loved the Property. Spacious for A Large Group. Convenient to Popular Attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the Patio watching our boys play on the beach.10/10 House being directly on the beach. The master bedroom is very nice with jacuzzi tub. You can sit on the balcony or lay in the bed and watch the sunset. Definitely will stay here again.

Surf song family vacation

If you want a place that you literally walk off the deck onto the beach, this is it. The hot tub was great although not all jets worked. The weather was cold and the family spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The views are awesome and the bedrooms are set up well. Great place. Needs a bit of maintenance but overall a great place!

Family Vacay Spring '23

Overall, excellent experience. Spacious, great bedroom/bath set-up, directly on the beach and close to plenty of places to shop or eat. Only minor complaints would be limited parking for a house that can sleep 20, too few towels (including no beach towels), and the integrated pool/spa is not as shown on the website. Despite these few minor issues, we would highly-recommend and will consider returning in the futute!

Renewal of our vows

We had a great time considering the rain trying to get to the beach before it started again. The house was perfect big and spacious.we had everything that we needed to cook we just had to go to the store for food which wasn’t but a hop and a skip to go to. There are plenty of restaurants close by ,Ridley and wonder works was but 5 minutes away and other places to ride rides and raise carts are just a couple of minutes away and my crew loved the hot tub and playing on the beach we look forward to visiting again sometime soon we will be back . I give a big thank you I messaged about how to start the hot tub he was there in seconds to show me we absolutely loved our vacation stay and Ann so happy we picked this house thank you again

Bens Beach Home 8011A Surf Drive

House was wonderful! Located directly on beach! Family of 10 had plenty of room and their own space and our dog Bentley too. Strongly recommend Alibi Lounge Bar and Grill just right across the street, their Mahi Tacos, wings, grilled shrimp and service was sooo good! Only drawback we had was the pool broke on Day 2 of our stay and wasn’t fixed til the day before we left. Was told we would get a refund for the pool, we just ended buying a little kiddie pool for the grandbabies, which they enjoyed anyway. Already looking forward to booking for next year. The grandboys loved the beach and hunting sand crabs. Memories were made ❤️
