Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

What a fantastic property! A great rental from start to finish. Excellent location, super clean, fantastic amenities, super nice staff - we loved it and will definitely be back! We really enjoyed the proximity to Barefoot Landing and found ourselves there for various reasons. I needed an 18th floor balcony for our anniversary so was limited on choices and landed at Baywatch. Weā€™re so happy we did!

This unit was beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Balcony with great captains adirondack chairs to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. Close to everything. Cant wait to come back!

Very nice room, view from balcony was amazing

Good experience, only con was that we had neighbors who blasted their music several hours at a time. This l was not the owners fault, and had nothing to do with the condition of our room! If anything, it just encouraged us to get out and sight see!

Our room was not ready at check in. we waited over an hour after traveling all day and just wanting to eat and go to the beach. they gave us food vouchers but the only open all week was the bar and when we went it it smelled like cigarettes and mold so we didn't eat there all week. the other restaurants not the shoppe were open all week. staff was not always helpful or pleasant. room was beautiful. view was breathtaking. we spent most of our time at bouys. it was nice but not sure i would book there again due to amenities

We enjoyed the balcony! However, when we arrived, the bathroom seemed to have not been fully cleaned. And unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We called about that and never received a call back. The resort staff was friendly. Parking in the garage was challenging at times-not the easiest for 2 or more cars to navigate. Pools were not heated, so quite cold (refreshing on a typical hot day, but temps were hi 70ā€™s to low 80ā€™s. Overall, we didnā€™t sleep much, but enjoyed the beach and view.

Great weekend getaway

The property is in a great location! The 18th floor view is amazing! The beachside bar was a great bonus and the bartenders were very nice. We had a small problem with the bed linens but the staff were very quick to bring us new ones! I would definitely rent this again.

The room was great. Clean and good size. The view was spectacular! Lots of pools and amenities plus the ocean. The only negative was the bar/restaurant. The food was awful and the drinks was terrible. Other than that we would definitely stay in this room again!
