Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites.

Childrenā€™s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

You'll have plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. Condo was very nice - onsite personal were very personable and helpful. I would stay here again. However, the onsite pools/lazy rivers could have been better maintained, as there was always debris floating in them during the days/night. We never saw any employees doing any upkeep during the day.

Very pleased with how clean and spacious the room was! The pool area was somewhat lacking in feeling clean but the kids still had a blast and we loved how even the toddler could walk around the lazy river.

The Condo wasnā€™t bad however during the stay, the water was shut off for 8 hours. From 11am until 4:30pm. Once water service was restored, the hot water wasnā€™t working until the following morning.

Condo has everything we needed - with plenty of space for adults, teens, and small kids. One major issue was not being able to check in until after 5pm which was made worse by no advance notice and the front desk being unable to provide a time frame for checking in. They suggested we go buy dinner and come back even when I explained that I packed food to cook! Lack of communication was frustrating.

This condo was clean and beautifully set up. It felt like home. Just check lamps to make sure they are plugged in. Balcony view was great. Access to beach/ocean and pools great! Water pressure was great in showers and to my knowledge, no one ran out of hot water. We traveled with 6, Tall people had to bend over to rinse hair. The elevators were great; all operational and fast. The cafe had a great breakfast, but they seemed a bit understaffed. The people working though did great under the circumstances. Parking deck accessible across the street. No issues. The price, at the time of our stay was reasonable for a 3 bedroom. Access codes given, so all can come and go without a card. Security onsite and exterior entrances always open, so no restrictions for guest. I would go back and my daughter is considering it for her family vacation.

Great location but needs updating.

Needs a good deep cleaning and slot of updating. Beds not comfortable. Broken items had to be fixed. (Once reported maintenance fixed them as best they could.) Couch is uncomfortable because it sinks badly in the middle. There is a notice on the kitchen bar area that says an update is coming . My group would not stay in this unit again until we know the updates have been completed. The property amenities are great though. We enjoyed the variety of pools and spas. We even got to witness a beach wedding that took place right in front of the pool areas.
