Family Getaway

We didn't want to leave! The location was perfect! Quiet and peaceful and just steps from the beach. The house was comfortable and created a welcomed location for the gathering of family as we caught up and celebrated life reuniting us.

Wonderful house and location!

We loved our stay at the Seahorse. The houses are lovely and accommodated us beautifully! The houses were clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic right on the beach. The view was incredible! We liked it so much we have already booked it for the same time next year.

Family Beach Fun

We absolutely loved our stay at the Seahorse! Both homes were spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed with essentials for our vacation week. The area was quiet, family-friendly, and the beach was never crowded. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to returning to create more memories with our family.

Every aspect of this home was misleading . Outside furniture is all falling apart. kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans as we are used too. Basically very few forks. And if you are renting to 17 people that should be addressed. Main house dishwasher everything came out dirty so by Monday we were washing dishes by hand.. but beds were very comfy. Excellent location. Needs some tlc especially outside. Basically there was not one piece of outdoor furniture that was in the listing. . We made the best of everything and all had a good time regardless

Great Vacation

Great location. Prompt response and resolution with property manager when there was an air conditioner issue. Would stay here again. Kids had a fabulous time and we were able to bring our dog as well!

10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Great house with amazing beach access!! Fit our family of 14 easily and was very clean. Anything we needed was promptly resolved. Great management. The beach is very uncrowded. We will book another property through them next year!

Great home and location

We had my extended family together for a News Years celebration. It was a memorable experience with all ages having a great time. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Seahorse. We were right on the beach, had wonderful accommodations. There were a couple minor things, which were taken care of within a couple hours. The kitchen was well stocked (we did all cooking in cottage). The upper balcony view from the house was SO AWESOME, especially watching a storm roll in and blow around us. We were there for a family vaca with kids, grandkids, a nephew and our two little 4 legged fur babies. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be letting Max and KC on beach, but we knew that going in. They still had a blast running back and forth on the little private path between patio and beach. We will definitely go back again if we can manage it with all the busy schedules. Also, we had room to park 2 extended cab trucks, 3 large SUV’s and 1 medium size sedan without problem. (We had been concerned where everyone would park). Beautiful sunsets (and sunrises), good shelling, close to all shopping and grocery and not far from Dog Beach for the fur babies (wish we hadn’t introduced them to it, lol. They loved the wet sand at water’s edge) Can’t wait to return.

Relaxing vacation!

Our stay was fantastic! Communication with Warrens Beach rentals was responsive and immediate. We had no issues and the property was stunning. We’ve stayed on PCB beach many times for my kids spring breaks and this one did not disappoint either. Great location, beautiful home, great host with Warren Beach rentals. Thank you!!

Great communication.

Seahorse was great space for our family. Small minor issue at Check in but was resolved quickly and communication was great. A/C worked great and brand new fridge. Have used other rental companies and Warren beach rentals has been the best. Highly recommend this house and rental company.

This place is AWESOME!!

Our family group of 9 was extremely happy with the Seahorse. The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own rooms and spread out. All of the facilities were as advertised and very clean. Views from the property are excellent and parking is plentiful. Will definitely book this property in the future.

Priceless!

Two and a half months of fun. We were surprised at the weather, the quiet streets, Christmas decorations, and loads of fireworks on the beach. We were able to host large families, host many friends and just enjoy the beauty. The hotels were far enough away that we didn’t get into the weekend busyness. Thank you, WBR, for giving us a discount for the multiple week rental.

Best set up for families and friends

We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family, my teenagers and their friends, and my parents. This was perfect!! Everyone had room to spread out but also spaces big enough for us ALL to hang together too!! Right on the sand-can’t get any closer! And the hot tub was a hot too. Place was perfectly clean and ready for us! Had everything we needed. We cook a lot and the kitchens had what we needed including blenders and crockpot!! Totally recommend and will stay again!!

More than we imagined!

Beautiful weather. A minute from the water. It was nice to watch our grandchildren at the beach from the house. Perfect for our 15 family members. Loved the new bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and big enough for the 6 adults. We were allowed to bring our small dog. Walking her was easy with a private road in front. The gated parking was great for our motorcycles. Warren Beach Rentals brought us extra towels even some beach towels. We will miss coffee early on the balcony and wine at sunset. Can’t wait to come back!
